The gated resort community spreads across roughly 7,500 wooded acres in Warren County, off Interstate 70 near Wright City, with more than 100 lakes, an 18-hole golf course, sand beaches, and miles of trails inside its boundaries. Innsbrook is quiet by design: private roads, no through traffic, and lakes reserved for residents and guests. Days run on lake time, with swimming and paddling off the dock, fishing for bass and bluegill, a round at the golf course, and beach afternoons at Lake Aspen, the resort’s largest lake and the site of its summer concerts and events. Off the property, Missouri wine country is close: Augusta, Defiance, and the Katy Trail wineries are about 40 minutes southeast, and Hermann is an hour southwest. Warrenton and Wright City handle groceries, and historic Main Street in St. Charles and downtown St. Louis are about 45 minutes and an hour east respectively. Lambert Airport is roughly an hour.
Innsbrook rentals fall into two types. Classic chalets are the resort’s signature A-frames, usually two or three bedrooms with a loft and a deck facing the water or the woods. Lake houses are larger, newer homes with more bedrooms, boat docks, and room for extended family.
