- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
House Rules and Additional Fees
- No smoking indoors ($250 fine applies)
- Lost and Found: $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned items
- Stays over 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee (charged manually after booking)
A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided; guests staying longer may need to restock.
Please note that, due to the home s natural setting, occasional sightings of wildlife or insects may occur.
