Monthly rent includes your private suite, utilities, high-speed WiFi, 24/7 building access, on-site parking, and common area access. You’re responsible for your own equipment, products, and business insurance.
A salon suite is a private, lockable room—not a shared booth in an open salon. You have complete privacy, can customize your space, set your own hours, and aren’t paying 40-60% commission. It’s your own independent business location.
