Five Star Stay!

by Robyn 2021-08-13

I knew that staying at the ocean side location Sea Village 4313 would be wonderful, but all my expectations were surpassed! Traveling with my adult son, our stay was more than wonderful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and make occasional meals in the fully functional kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable, my bed was very comfortable. Our stay, being in August it was quite hot, but there was really good airflow in the unit that kept it breezy and manageable. My favorite part was the ocean side deck, the lanai. I spent endless amounts of time just being by the water, the waves, the sounds. The sunsets were beyond amazing. For us, the location was perfect. Both myself and my son are runners, so the Ali'i Drive is the perfect road to run on, very scenic and safe with a pedestrian lane. We also fitted in some hiking, the lava trail in the mountains was our favorite, Pu'u O'o Trail was something so unique and I'll always remember. Lastly the food was the best. We found so many great places to eat that had vegan options for my son. Herbivores was one of our go to favorites, but we also found vegan Indian food and sushi as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting the Kona experience.

Great experience.

Our stay at the premises was comfortable, satisfying and the views of the ocean from the Lani were exceptional and magical. Everything was clean, organized and the quality was great. During our hours of gazing over the ocean from the Lani we spotted pods of Dolphins and lovely rainbows on numerous occasions. We would plan to return for a longer stay in the near future. This place is enthusiastically recommended.

Absolutely perfect!

Upon arrival, it was super easy to get checked in because we had our code and went right to the unit. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the basic needs, and the view was absolutely amazing! Sitting out on the lanai every morning and/or night was relaxing and we were treated to a few free shows by the spinner dolphins. Highly recommend this unit.

THis place was GREAT!

Im first going to cover the only downsides which are; there is no elevator and it is on the top floor so if you have a lot of luggage then get ready for a workout :) also because you are on the top floor you get the most incredible views. It was worth it for me. the other downside is that, it is very hot i thought id be fine in hawaii in mid 80 degree weather but with the humidity it just doesn't really cool down at nights as much as i had thought it would. i had a narly sunburn and so the lack of AC was a little treacherous during that time. However, with that said, i have ZERO regrets booking this place because of first the location it is in a great spot next to the ocean and close to the airport. it was fun to listen to the waves everyday and watch boats of all types come into the bay. I would absolutely stay here again and just pack lighter hehe. ALso the amenities are great which also make up for it being warm.

Great property and Location

by Jane 2022-10-23

We loved our stay here at The sea Village. The location of the property was convenient for activities and the town. The lanai or balcony we used all the time and its location above the crashing ocean was perfect for eating, relaxing and watching dolphins.

Beautiful condo well stocked with lots of beach essentials. Umbrellas, towels, chairs ,a cooler even snorkel gear. Clean comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The view was amazing! We saw dolphins! My daughters & I would definitely book here again. Prompt clear communication with property manager.

The condo is on the third floor overlooking the ocean. The sunsets are spectacular every night The lanai provides privacy and the cool breezes are refreshing. It's not unusual to see dolphins and the tour boat passengers snorkeling with them. The Green Flash coffee shop is on the property and is very convenient. It's a short distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend Sea Village.
