From the comfort of your lanai enjoy watching amazing surf action, beautiful ocean views, and our world class sunsets. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Master bedroom has a king bed and it s own bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. Queen sofa bed available in the living room.
AC unit is currently only in the living room and not in the bedrooms.
Beach gear including beach chairs, coolers and beach towels available for your use. Snorkel and other beach gear available to rent locally.
Kona Bali Kai has a resort style pool, hot tub, private parking, oceanfront lawn, BBQ area, and on site deli called Da Poke Shack.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
One of Kona s most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 5 to 10 minute drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Kona Bali Kai is centrally located between Kailua town and Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping.

Great unit, great location

Had a great stay at this wonderful property. Unit is very clean and well stocked with dishware, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Looking forward to a visit again.

Great ocean front condo!

The condo is very clean and nicely updated. Our family stayed for 5 days and easily got around the whole island from here with ease. There are many close restaurants and things to do, but you are just far enough away from the main tourist area that feels crowded. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo & Sunsets that are out of this world!

We had an amazing two week stay in unit 305 at Kona Bali Kai. It was a magical Christmas vacation. The condo was well equipped and we did enjoy being able to use a little AC when it got too warm. The only complaint we had was that the people in the unit above us sounded like they were moving their furniture all night long every night. ;) It was quiet our final 4 nights so probably just the luck of the draw for us! We will definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends.

Excellent sunset and ocean view! Condo unit 305 was very clean and had everything we needed, including a large private lanai! Location was what we were hoping for. Loved the tidepools and could even snorkel out front. Not much sandy beach, but we understood this when renting this place. "Big Island Stays, LLC" staff were very attentive to our needs with quick and regular communication. Will definitely be recommending to friends! Thank you!

We LOVE the Island of Hawaii. We've been here several times and this condo has had the best view by far. I only wish the palm trees would grow faster so we had a full 180 degree view. :) That said, the show that the humpback whales put on was spectacular! We watched them from the balcony FULLY jump out of the water! The surfers were very entertaining as well. The condo was well stocked. We used one of the provided beach chairs and beach towels to snorkel our favorite spot: Kahaluu Beach. As others have noted, it can get very warm in the condo. Plenty of fans are provided and opening the balcony door and the front door provides a good breeze. There is A/C but we tried not to use it. Bathrooms had everything we needed, hairdryer is strong. Kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed including some spices. We never watched TV so I can't comment on that. Recommends if you're a first timer: 1. Explore downtown Kona 2. Night snorkel with the Manta Rays! 3. Uncle Robert's Awa Bar near Pahoa (Hilo side). Highly recommend their Wednesday night party! Google it! 4. Carlsmith Beach Park (near Hilo) to snorkel 5. Punaluu Bread (then Black Sand Beach - you will see turtles) We enjoyed our time immensely.

LOVED everything about the condo! Very clean, well stocked, great views from the lanai.Beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. No complaints about anything here. Thank you for an amazing stay! I hope to return next year. :)

Outstanding view!!

We have enjoyed this condo before , we appreciate the comfortable new lanai furniture it was great. The kitchen was well stocked everything you need. This has been our favorite condo in all the 7 trips we have made to the island sorry we couldn’t have kept it our entire stay. Thanks for the improvements. Hopefully we will be back again.

Amazing condo on the ocean

The location of the condo was absolutely amazing, first let me state that the air conditioning in the condo was amazing. It cooled off quickly and was very quiet. The view from the lanai was so stunning that it was hard to leave the condo in the morning, watching the surfers all day long catching amazing waves was one of the best parts of the trip. I would recommend this condo hands-down. We will absolutely rebook this condo in the future Mahalo and thank you for the stay.

My Favorite Spot in Kona

This is My Favorite Spot in Kona. Easy to get to and Right on The Surf Spot which is endlessly entertaining. Banyan Mart is across the street and The Taco Place next door. Unit itself is great and the A/C is Very Nice to have.

Great condo and location

It is very difficult to say all the great things my sister, her husband and I have to say about our stay. The view was incredible, watching the surfers and the sea life alone off our balcony was worth the trip. I walked every day about 4 miles along the road that runs parallel to the beach. I enjoyed the flowers, the birds and the ocean view along the way. The people I passed were very friendly and like me and my group felt so very blessed to enjoy this island Paradice. The condo was well laid out and the four of us did not feel cramped in any way. My other sister and I fought over who would get to sleep out on the balcony and have the sounds of the ocean sing them to sleep. The condo was decorated very well, the furniture, appliances and even the linens where of a superior quality. One of the most important points I feel was the availability of staff who handles the rental of this unit. They were easy to contact if we had a question or even needed a lightbulb changed. Anyone who travels knows that is seldom the case. I highly recommend Kona Bali Kai #305 and the company that manages this unit.

We enjoyed renting this unit. Booking was easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. The unit itself was just what we wanted. Being right on the ocean was the biggest plus. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. Will definitely book again.

Condo has great oceanfront view and fabulous lanai. Large condo for family of 5 to spread out in. Ac unit did good job cooling the unit along with ceiling fans. Kitchen was well equipped. We had no issues with unit or parking. Was great location to see other parts of island.

This is the most beautiful place I have stayed in my life. My 4 kids (1 teen and 3 college kids)and my husband were so happy here! The view in the condo was more beautiful than the pics. You are staying right above the ocean and the sound of the waves is loud and perfect. The condo has everything and is so clean. The beach below has the best tide pools covered in so many types of fish and crabs!! We sat and looked at our natural aquarium every morning. The location of the condo is safe and just 6 mins from “downtown” and while it's cute down by all the restaurants and fancy hotels, I prefer the location of this condo. It's quiet except for the crashing waves. The lanai is so big and very private. I am from LA and I have stayed in nice places. This one takes the cake because it's hard to find somewhere as close to the ocean without spending over a thousand a night! When I return to Kona, I will only stay here!

Perfect Spot on The Kona Coast

I've stayed at The Kona Bali Kai a few times, but never on this end. I loved it!! Place was great, everything clean and ready for us. Especially loved the location being right on Banyan's Surf Spot. Watching surfers all day and seeing their families watch their kids the way other parents would watch their kids playing soccer. You also have Banyan Mart right across the street. Loved it, definitely want to stay there again.

This is a perfectly located property for exploring the Big Island. We loved being out running on Alii drive, spent days exploring and ended every night body surfing at Magic Sands beach. The view from lanai is gorgeous. Palm trees, surfers, waves. Picture perfect. Thanks for a great visit.

We had a wonderful stay at KBK #305. The condo was clean and well equipped with anything you would need. This unit is updated, clean, quiet and the lanai is very private with an amazing view of the ocean and surfers. We will be back and will definitely recommend it family and friends. We will want to stay in the same unit!

This rental was ideal for our trip. It was located in a wonderful location, and we spent a great deal of our time just hanging out on the balcony watching the surfers and the ocean in general. Absolutely beautiful! This rental was close to many things, and it was always really easy to find parking. Highly recommend!

Great Condo

Condo #305 has been updated and it's beautiful, even better then the pictures. We stayed 2 wonderful weeks and the condo was supplied with everything we needed. Lots of space to really unpack, plenty of hangers and dresser drawers. The furniture on the lanai is so comfortable, we loved sitting out there. It was fun watching the surfers, who often gathered on the lawn below. The sound of the waves at night was music to sleep by. We did try the Poke Shack and liked the garlic shrimp the best. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a very clean, updated and well furnished condo. Mahalo to the condo owners.
