Excellent stay here on Hawaii Island. Condo was well maintained and stocked with all the things we needed. Communication and all arrival and departure instructions were all very clear and helpful. View of the ocean off the lanai was a great bonus

Phenomenal Condo and Complex

I highly recommend staying at this condo and I can't wait to be staying here again. The complex is close to town and is maintained exceptionally well. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from the lanai and the condo itself was in great condition. Everything I needed was provided. I had no problems at all and enjoyed every moment that I was there. I love how close to the beaches and snorkeling the condo is.

I had a great time. 224 is a very basic condo with older furnishings. Thank you for the new sheets, frying pans, & wonderful new mattress while I was there. The pillows need to be replaced before the next guests arrive as they are flat as a pancake. Not only the 2 on the bed but also several in the closet. Some may be left overs from the owners mom who bought the condo in 1974. Next trip I will probably try to rent 124. Nice bed, air conditioning, & lovely furnishings. Dawn Clark was wonderful in making my stay much more pleasant! Mahalo Dawn!

Loved this place! Close to everything in Kona yet so quiet and relaxing. Listening to the birds and looking at the ocean through the bedroom window first thing in the morning was my favorite, seconded by drinking coffee and watching the surf from the lanai. Quiet and comfortable at a great price. The pool is wonderful too!

We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunsets and the waves. And from our balcony you could also see the pool. It's a perfect location; quiet, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and far enough away from the crowds in the center of town to feel like home.

This condo was very spacious, had all the supplies I needed and more,it was perfectly clean, very good location about 2 miles from town, The place was as a perfect home away from home. Highly recommend this property.

Great location that is close to all the amenities of town and then some. Centrally located and ready to navigate to other parts of the island. Terrific spacious and cool condo with all the necessary amenities and then some to make for a comfortable experience. 5/5 stars while stay again in the future.
