NOTE. No AC in this condo, but plenty of fans (four) and great breeze from the trade winds.

Year round sunsets and located on the 2nd floor at the very end Kailua Bay side of Alii Villas. #232 is a nicely appointed, beautifully furnished and well equipped condo with nice on site amenities including heated swimming pool and BBQ/ picnic area. Bonus! If you walk for fitness, walking around the beautiful and tropically landscaped Alii Villas condo complex four times is a mile.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.

Stunning Views and Nicely Equipped Condo

Last year we stayed in Alii Villas and decided at the time to book this condo. It was everything we hoped for. The views are stunning, we spent so much time on the lanai looking at the ocean in one of the comfy chairs provided. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very adequate. We will probably book again next year. We love the easy going attitude of Kona, it's our kind of vacation spot.

We absolutely loved the condo from the day we arrived. We have never stayed that close to the ocean. We loved the spacious balcony which ate on numerous times. We enjoyed all the amenities including the pool and grills. The complex was very close to town which is fantastic. Overall we loved it!

Fantastic Lanai

We loved sitting on the lanai, great view with comfortable seating and table and chairs. The beds were great, the unit was well stocked and it was a great lay out for 3 people with bedrooms being very private. We would love to stay here again.

This trip was our 3rd to this lovely place. The sunsets from the lanai are spectacular and the sound of the waves from the location right next to the water lulls us to sleep each evening. We were able to walk to town to enjoy the holiday parade and our favorite restaurants. The new furniture in the living room and patio are very nice too. We are looking forward to visit #4 soon!

Beautiful place. Great view. Provided access to what we needed for a great time at the beach (chairs, mats, shade). Host was responsive and check in was smooth. Convenient parking. No issues at all.

Great Unit

This condo is and end/corner unit and the location is what it’s all about. It’s directly on the water and the views and crashing surf is amazing. The ocean breezes flow through the unit so it’s always comfortable. It’s well stocked with kitchen utensils so meal preparation was easy. The condo itself could use some updating(master shower head/master bath sticky doorknob/cabinet wouldn’t stay closed and the furniture was a little worn. We did wish the refrigerator had an ice cube maker and there were better beach chairs and an umbrella. But overall this unit is excellent Dawn, the property manager is great and very responsive. We loved this unit and will stay there again on our next visit. I recommend this unit - Two Thumbs Up.

We had a great stay at this 2nd floor corner unit right on the water. Very clean unit with nice supplies for beach and cooking. Checkin process was a breeze and communication with the property manager was very good. Loved the more northern exposure which gave nice shade on the balcony until about 2, when the sun slowly made it's way to coving there entire deck by around 4. Fantastic place to see the sunset each day. We would definitely stay in this unit again. And if you are a walker, it's a mile to downtown Kona (20 minutes). A bonus!

The condo is absolutely fabulous! The view and the sound of the sea was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. I hope to return soon!

Had everything we needed and more! The unit was well stocked with all the essentials and we really appreciated that previous visitors had left beach chairs, and beach toys for others to use.

Did not want to leave

Cannot say enough about this place. Number one was the views. I could sit there all day. The sound of the crashing surf was amazing. The condo was super clean. There are strict rules about noise which I appreciated. It was very quiet except for the ocean noise. This was a relief from the big tourist hotel we were at in Honolulu. There were beach toys provided which we appreciated. Chairs, umbrella, boogie board, ice coolers, towels. Kitchen was well stocked but can't tell you much as we did not cook, just a quick breakfast, pack a lunch and off to see the island. Never turned on TV either. Who needs a TV with those ocean views! The main bedroom had a huge unobstructed view of the ocean. My friend's only complaint was that there was no curtains so the light came in early in the morning. The second bedroom also had a full window view of the ocean being an end unit. It was wonderful to wake up to. Would definetly stay here again. Sitting on the lanai in the morning and evenings was worth every penny. Highly recommend! 100 stars!

This is the perfect condo for ocean front living! It is a corner unit so it's a very private lanai. Beautiful sunsets and see the city lights at night. The condo is furnished with everything you need to start a wonderful vacation in Hawaii. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you 😊

Dawn was quite easy to work with when booking and the condo did not disappoint! Amazing sunset views from the lanai and relaxing sound of the waves to go to sleep to at night. The kitchen was functional for simple meals and the washer/dryer were great to keep our beach gear clean and ready for reuse. I would definitely return to this condo!

What a view!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Conveniently located close to town, shops, restaurants, grocery, etc. There are views from every room and the lanai is right next to the ocean. The beds are super comfy and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was incredible. There was helpful information and maps for all the places we wanted to see and management responded immediately when we had questions about the TV. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be staying here again! Five stars!
