Wonderful ground floor condo in a concrete building with only a few steps to the front door from the parking lot.
OUR RESPONSE TIME is less than one hour on inquiries!!
Newly remodeled well equipped kitchen, air conditioned living area and bedroom, 2nd lanai off of the master bedroom, and lanai overlooking the gardens out to the ocean. Kona Makai features a community pool, hot tub, Fitness room, club house with ping pong, oceanfront sunning deck, BBQ/picnic area, tennis courts and covered parking if desired. The complex is gated after dark. Free wifi in the condo and basic cable tv.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
Note: If you have a night flight, you may want to consider adding an extra day to your rental.

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable unit with everything you need. 2 a/c units used only to cool down unit when away all day. Fans circulate air nicely. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful garden off of lanai in middle of complex with peek of ocean. Enjoyed drinking coffee outside in lanai in cool morning breezes.

Very nice unit and 16 day stay, could hear the surf on big surf days but not overwhelmed by it. Well kept complex with beautiful gardens, we could see ocean from lanai. Would come back again in a heartbeat. Nice pool and grills near the waterfront.

Condo was clean, well supplied, easy to enter/exit and the complex had a good deal of options for activities (tennis, ping-pong, boardgames, BBQs, and an excellent sunset viewing area). Location is excellent also; close to main town, but far enough to be peaceful. Although complex/units are of older construction, they have been well maintained and updated to a level superior to most of their neighbors (I have stayed in multiple other complexes in this area). I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We (2 adults)were very happy with our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, plenty of room, everything worked, well supplied, secure, well kept. Quiet peaceful easy location to town. We did not take advantage of the pool or hot tub. The beach in front is beautiful but not swimmable. The price was competitive. We would stay again , and feel comfortable bringing children of any age.
