Our family enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and well furnished (kitchen had plenty of dishes for all of us, beds very comfortable, showers were great!). The location was perfect- 10 mins to zoo, 20 mins to Magic House, 15 mins to City Museum, 15 mins to Arch. The neighborhood looks a little older/run down and we had initial concerns about safety, however, we never had any issues or even felt unsafe once we got settled. Thanks for hosting us!

This home looks exactly like the photos. Exceeded expectations, light fixtures were beautiful, and beds were very soft. We would definitely book again.

The master bedroom’s bed is extremely squeaky on the right side. Also, the air did not work upstairs on Saturday night. The unit did not turn on until 8AM. Overall we truly loved our stay at your amazing home. Thank you for having us.

We had two families staying in the home (including 4 adults and 4 toddlers), and the space was great for what we needed. We had enough beds for everyone, and once the little ones were asleep at night, we could hang out in the main living space without waking up the sleeping children upstairs. The stairs are quite steep, which wasn't an issue for us but is something other groups may need to consider. The neighborhood felt safe overall, but the building directly across from the house is boarded up. We were very close to downtown St. Louis attractions, which made sight seeing a breeze. Some minor inconveniences like no laundry detergent available (which they did eventually bring us) and tricky appliances in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Would recommend making sure laundry items are stocked for guests or providing extra bed linens.

We had a wonderful stay with JZ Vacation Rentals. We were in town for our daughter's weeding. It provided a wonderful place to gather with lots of room for the entire family. The family games provided were wonderful for our granddaughter. The large dining room and kitchen provided plenty of room to gather for food. JZ Vacation Rentals was very proactive when I had questions or requests. I would definitely recommend this location with private parking in a gated back yard or staying at any of their other locations.

Private note from Agnes: Thank you! The hot water issue was very sporadic. One day we had hot water in a shower and yet the next day we didn't - even when others were not showering. This home is BEAUTIFUL! The neighborhood appears to be in the process of being revitalized. Parking in the back with a closed gate made us feel secure. The kitchen table turns into a pool and ping pong table which kept our group busy for a while. The home was very clean and there was so much space for our group of 8 people. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the St Louis area. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

House had lots of space to spread out and relax. Perfect for multiple families to meet and hang out. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds we used were soft and super comfy. The showers were fancy and had great pressure. Parking could be a challenge with multiple vehicles, but not too bad. Would highly recommend.

this house accommodated us well! there was plenty of space for two families. the neighborhood is up and coming, but we never felt unsafe during our stay. the place was immaculate and the perfect fit for us. we would definitely stay here again.

our home is beautifully decorated and perfectly accommodating for a family get-together. We have only one complaint however. The kitchen is sorely lacking in bakeware (for casseroles and cakes), bowls for cooking and storage (tupperware) for storage. The one baking pan was rusty and we had to use the frying pan as the popcorn "bowl". In addition, for the Roku service, I wanted to add an app that I had a subscription to, and it was requiring a "Roku pin". I called the Customer Service #, and the lady gave me a code that was too long, and then she didn't respond anymore to my texts. That was NOT Customer Service. Finally, I would suggest a grab-bar in each bathtub. ... just a little safety thing for us older folks. All my siblings advised that I rent the same house again for last year! We'll do that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home away from home. We shared this space with another family with small children and it was very spacious for all of us. We also appreciated the amenities there for the babies, the huge backyard and private parking. The surrounding area is a little unkempt but we did not have any issues and found it a pretty central location for everywhere we traveled to during our stay.

Private note from Alicia: Hey!! Loved the place and I can tell that a lot of effort went into making it comfortable and beautiful. I didn’t want to share this publicly but the bathrooms were pretty dirty- and there was a lot of hair on the floor of the upstairs bathrooms when we arrived. Also the white ottoman in the primary bedroom and some of the curtains were visibly dirty, which I’m sure is inevitable being white but just wanted to mention. You also may want to add the location of where the baby items will be. I eventually found them but it took a while. You also may want to fix the strip on the dining table that popped off as it scratched one of the kids. Hate to be nit picky here just want to share in case it can be helpful as I know how important reviews are!

7 co-workers and myself stayed here overnight after seeing a show at the Stifel. The location was very centrally located, while still a few minutes from downtown. The home was absolutely beautiful! Up-to-date everything! Huge table with benches and extra chairs were perfect to accommodate a late night card game! There are 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with a single queen, and one room with 2 queens and the couch could potentially sleep 2-3. We will keep this place in mind if we have to stay in the area again!

We had such a wonderful visit to St.Louis, and a good part of it was the comfort and convenience of this home. It had a wonderful gathering space to enjoy family, it had a nice large dining area for Thanksgiving meal, and it provided adequate sleeping and bathing space for our five family members. We had a group of riders in town for a local criterium series in St. Louis. This was the perfect stay. Not only was the house close to all 4 races, it had N ample amount of space and lots of amenities. We also really enjoyed parking on the launch pad in the backyard as the front yard street looked a little dodgy (you never know if you're on a safe block in St. Louis). Cherry on top was the pool/ping pong table. Only complaint there was that the floor was pretty uneven in the kitchen and we had to prop up the table to make it even. All in all, JZ Vacation Rentals were super responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be booking again next year when in town!

Great place very spacious. The area was pretty quiet, I was there for a couple of days for a funeral, so I wasn't able to see what type of local attractions were nearby. But it was quite and that's what we wanted, also the back yard is great for the kids to run around and have fun.
