Naples sits at the quiet end of Southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast, where white-sand beaches run for miles, sunsets drop straight into the water, and the Everglades begin a short drive inland. It is a polished, walkable town built around Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South, with the Naples Pier at the end of the street and Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Springs, and Barefoot Beach stretching north. Our Naples vacation rentals cover that whole coast, from condos steps off the sand to pool homes in the residential neighborhoods behind it.
Expect private pools and screened lanais, full kitchens, and room for the whole family or a golf group. Book direct with JZ Vacation Rentals and you deal with a real team, not a call center.
Naples is the calmer alternative to the Fort Myers and Sarasota beach towns to the north. The Gulf here is warm and shallow, the beaches are wide and rarely crowded outside of peak season, and the downtown is made for evenings on foot: galleries, boutiques, and restaurants on Fifth Avenue South, then a walk to the pier for sunset. Golfers have more courses within a short drive than almost anywhere in the state, and boaters can launch into Naples Bay, the Ten Thousand Islands, or Estero Bay.

Bonita Springs, about 15 miles north, gives you Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach Preserve, and Lovers Key State Park at a lower nightly rate, with Naples and Fort Myers both within half an hour. Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers is roughly 35 to 45 minutes from either.
Naples condo rentals cluster along Gulf Shore Boulevard and Vanderbilt Beach, many with beach access and resort pools. Single-family pool homes fill the neighborhoods east of the beach, from Old Naples and Park Shore to the golf communities along Pine Ridge Road. In Bonita Springs, villas and homes sit near the Imperial River and Bonita Beach Road. Pet-friendly options exist across the area; each listing states its own pet policy on the property page.
December through April is peak season, with dry, sunny days in the 70s and 80s and the highest rates. May and early June stay warm with fewer crowds. Summer is hot with afternoon storms and the lowest prices; hurricane season runs June through November, so check cancellation terms if you book late summer.
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is about 35 to 45 minutes from Naples by car via I-75, and slightly less from Bonita Springs. Miami International is roughly two hours east across Alligator Alley.
Naples Municipal Beach along Gulf Shore Boulevard, Lowdermilk Park, Vanderbilt Beach, and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park serve the Naples homes. Bonita Springs rentals are closest to Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach Preserve, and Lovers Key State Park.
