This unit was in a great location and very walkable! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and had no concerns walking to and from the surrounding restaurants and shops. We reached out to the host during our stay and they responded very quickly and accommodated our rest. I would recommend this location and host to others!

We have stayed at this location many times and we will continue to stay here! We absolutely love the home and the location is perfect for a quick walk to restaurants, cafes, markets, parks, and just about anything you could possibly need all. Jeffrey was a great host and provided a lot of communication before our arrivals as well as during. Thanks Jeffrey!

The place is very nice and I love the setup with two balconies! The location is perfect! The Hill area has some great resuarants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Great neighborhood for a stroll and a great balcony to watch it all happen when you dont want to stroll. Close to downtown and perfect for our visit! My only thing is the lack of parking depending on the time of day. The details for the VRBO state parking available - 1 narrow space, but this is not accurate. The only parking is on the street, so depending on day and time, this can be a huge ordeal. Other than that, we love the fact that the place offered a shared green space that is gated for our dogs, which was perfect! We did looooove the location and atmosphere, just really needed that parking spot upon arrival and departure, but were able to move and make it all work. Just a little but of an inconvenience when you got dogs...still 5-stars and a great place!

We love the Hill (Little Italy)! The people are so friendly, the food is AMAZING and this location put us right in the heart of the community. It was safe, clean and made us feel like we were in the old country.

Parking availability is limited on weekend evenings. Park early or plan to park after the evening diners leave the area. More hangers would be appreciated. There were only two. I sent a message to the owner, but never heard back. A couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/clothes would be nice. Otherwise, a great stay. Nice location. Safe area to walk around. Many restaurants in walking distance. Great coffee at Cafe Dolche. Apartment was clean. I always enjoy staying on the Hill.

The space was beyond beautiful! It was located in "The Hill" neighborhood and we loved staying there! The space was immaculate and inviting. We enjoyed the porches ( both in front and back of unit) The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to Vitale's bakery across the street, Mama's restaurant (one of the best meals we've ever had) and to the gelato shop near the beautiful fountain. Our pup enjoyed the fenced backyard too! It was quite hot outside during our visit yet the unit was always cool and comfortable. We are hoping to return to St Louis for a hockey game this winter and will definitely stay at Jeffrey's again!

I'm half tempted to write a bad review so it will be easier to book for next year, but alas, I will be honest. This place was amazing and possibly the best 1 bedroom STR we have ever stayed at. Very spacious and well decorated. Nice kitchen with a real fridge/freezer. The AC could freeze a person out, but that's a good thing. We loved the front AND rear balconies for sipping our beverages and some light people watching. Parking is on street, but we never parked more than a couple of car lengths away. The Hill is so walkable and this place was in the heart of it all. Some people complained about the church bells, but we barely noticed them. Certainly not like some road noise or train tracks we have stayed near. This is on the 2nd floor of an old building, so basically a set and a half of stairs, but easily manageable. I would give 7 stars if Airbnb allowed!

The location is great! Jeffrey's place is in a very walkable neighborhood, full of good restaurants, bakeries, shops, and friendly people. My wife and I found the place to be very comfortable and well stocked for our 3 night stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

If you want to stay on "The Hill" in St. Louis which is a great foodie destination then this is the place to stay. Everything is very walkable in this golf cart community. Also, easily assessible to expressway to get you to other areas of the city. Parking is a challenge but well worth it.

5-star Excellent/I enjoyed my stay!

An adorable place. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was we couldn't sleep on the pull out bed due to a very dirty/ soiled mattress. We did bring our own air matress.
