Guests have access to the community s shared seasonal outdoor pool and water slide, open seasonally April through September. The pool is not private, and availability, opening dates, hours, and slide operation are controlled by the community and may vary.

Restaurants, shops, boat rentals, and other Osage Beach attractions are within convenient reach.
Important policies
- No pets are permitted. Violations may result in a $200 fee.
- No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
- Stays of 21 nights or longer incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
- Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
- A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

Late Check-Out
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Please contact us the day before departure to request a late check-out. Late check-out is subject to availability and the following fees:
Up to 12:00 PM: $75 flat fee.
After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.
Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
