Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
