The water in Cabo is known for getting out of control from time to time and the current and undertow can get very strong. Every time we needed something, Gustavo was already two steps ahead. That's the kind of service you pay for but rarely actually get. The villa itself was stunning, exactly as advertised, and everything was ready when we arrived. No surprises, no hiccups. Our stay at Villa Serena in Cabo was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a private postcard. Each morning, I sat outside with coffee in hand, watching whales crest and dance across the horizon. It never got old. The ocean was right there — endless, alive, and completely mesmerizing. And every evening, as the sun dropped into the Pacific, the sky would ignite in color while the waves crashed rhythmically below. It was the kind of sensory experience you wish you could bottle. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, open, and seamless with the outdoors. Every detail feels intentional and elevated without being fussy. You feel both completely spoiled and completely at ease. And then there was the food. The chefs were extraordinary. Meal after meal rivaled (and frankly surpassed) some of the best restaurants we’ve been to. Fresh, creative, perfectly executed — every bite felt like an event. This wasn’t just a vacation rental. It was an experience. Peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable. We left relaxed, inspired, and already planning our return.
Villa Serena is Everything and More!!

Villa Serena is the most tranquil and healing venue. Open the front door and you are showered with the beautiful sunlight that rushes from the white sandy beaches out front to greet you - like a welcoming and warming aura which will encase you for your stay. Juan-Carlos stands ready to hand you a nourishing elixir tea or a cool margarita. A modern, clean and fashionable decor also renders calmness on the nervous system. The rooms are all very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Daily maid service is pampering. The heated infinity pool further brings comfort to the body and soul. Fortunately, when we were there the ocean was calm enough for daily swims - dipping into salty Gaia was also so nourishing. And, speaking of nourishing - the chef's prepared exquisite five star meals. My days there were incredibly healing and nourishing. I cannot speak highly enough about this incredible venue. I would be blessed to return to enjoy such serenity! Thank you Villa Serena!!!!
An Incredible Week of Luxury - We Will Be Back!

An incredible week of luxury. This was our first booking with Cabo Platinum and everything exceeded our expectations. The company communicates very well and promptly. Everything was handled with utmost professionalism. Once Fabiola, our concierge was assigned, she immediately helped plan our week and arranged outstanding fishing trips, a yacht day, dinner on the beach, fireworks ... you name it, Fabi had a connection and recommendation and arranged everything seamlessly. Once we arrived Fabi was always available and ensured everything went perfectly. She was extraordinary and made our week with our friends a tremendously memorable trip. Luis was our butler and he was helpful, kind and made fantastic drinks that were always at the ready - and our friends had many of his great palomas and margs and other cocktails. On our last night, in addition to serving dinner, he played his guitar and sang - he has a great voice and we really loved seeing our new friend sing. Finally, our chef Jorge made great food at every meal. We rarely ate away from the house because his food was too good. At the end of our fishing day he prepared the Wahoo as incredible ceviche and blackened filets - his sauces were amazing and a hit as each meal. We miss his guacamole already. This crew made a great week ten times more incredible. We stayed at Villa Serena and the house was even more top-notch than the pictures did it justice. Their properties are perfectly maintained and the height of luxurious beachfront homes. We will be joining Cabo Platinum again and it will absolutely be in large part due to Fabi, Luis and Jorge. We had the most amazing family vacation to Cabo, and I can't recommend Cabo Platinum highly enough! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean—truly a luxurious experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of, always with a smile and so attentive to our needs. Patrick was our concierge and helped us every step of the way! And the food? It was out of this world—every meal prepared by our chefs, Quetza and Liz, was a flavor explosion! And our butler, Francisco, is our absolute favorite! The property was even more gorgeous than the photos and ideally located to visit either downtown Cabo or San Jose. We have stayed at many different places in Cabo San Lucas and this was our favorite house yet. It has direct beach access, is all on one level, and included an amazing staff. Our house manager, Fabiola, made sure we were stocked with food and drinks throughout the trip and our butler, Arturo, was incredible! He was kind, respectful, and helpful with whatever we needed! It was our first time traveling with an infant and Fabiola helped us out with baby rentals and let me know about their babysitting services. She was extremely responsive during our stay and a delight to work with! I highly recommend reserving a chef at least once during your stay. Our chef was Jorge and he made the most delicious fajita dinners for us. (he said his favorite to cook is Italian) Presentation, ambiance, and food were all 10/10. It was a dream vacation!

Cabo Platinum is TOP TIER! From start to finish. I’ve planned trips with this company for several years now. Their service has always been great. However, my birthday/girls trip was absolutely EPIC. The concierge service was impeccable. Fabiola (our concierge) is extremely knowledgeable about all thing Cabo San Lucas. I gave her an idea of what I wanted to experience during my stay, and like a genie in a bottle she made sure it all happened. It made our stay a true vacation because we didn’t have to lift a finger or figure anything out. Ask for Luis (butler service) was incredible! But let’s not forget about the chef service, specifically Evan. He can prepare anything. The food was also phenomenal. Villa Serena does not disappoint. Beautiful location, updated, clean and centrally located. We stayed at Villa Serena in December 2022 and had a fantasy holiday. The villa and its location were perfect, but the real beauty of the trip was the Cabo Platinum people. Alex created the perfect week with whale watching, chefs, restaurants, and transportation. Javier, mayordomo excelente, and chefs Eric and Sergio were a woman-on-vacation’s dream. Wow! What a fabulous house!!! We can't say enough great things about Villa Serena, the company and the amazing staff. Our butler, Alex was incredible. So sweet, so professional and so accommodating. He was on top of everything, we can't even imagine the trip without him. The chefs were incredible. Amazing food and presentation. Also very accommodating with dietary restrictions. Top notch all the way!! Ricardo, the concierge was welcoming and very helpful with booking excursions and even our covid tests! We would have been lost without him. This house is a great location for a family of 10. Great indoor/ outdoor connections, right on the beach! The house is a perfect size for 10 people, never felt too small or too big. The house is perfectly appointed and very up to date. The kitchen is large and let all of us work together. Alex was the butler for this location and he was a great help! He shopped for us and made us lunches everyday, not to mention, he was super nice. He was a fantastic surprise.

Everything was great! Spacious and clean home right on the beach! We were able to walk the 20 min walk down the beach to where the rest of our family stayed at Las Ventanas hotel. Francisco was an incredible help to have around the house daily and the chef ( extra fee) was amazing too!! Cleaning service came everyday and made you feel like you were staying at a full service hotel. Thank you for everything!!! We already have friends and family wanting to visit.
