This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa greets you with an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old-world details. As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. Included in the villa s 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The formal dining room, main kitchen, outdoor BBQ and outdoor pool terrace areas flow together making meal service and entertaining effortless.
The outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub, a large fire pit, a daybed, and porch swings.
Your trip will be complete with a personal concierge, daily butler (except day of departure), and daily housekeeping service (except Mexican Holidays). For times you don t want to cook, you have the option of walking to one of the nearby restaurants at the Sheraton Grand Hotel or hire one of our incredible private chefs.

Throughout the whole trip our every need was taken care of immediately. I have never seen such good service. If anything did go wrong all possible options were looked at and the best was taken, but nothing really stopped us from enjoying such an amazing trip and beautiful scenery.

Thank you Cabo Platinum and Casa Brooks for a fantastic flawless vacation! My family (11 adults, 5 children) just spent 10 days at Casa Brooks for Thanksgiving. We had a full staff -- butler, chefs, housekeeping. Our Concierge, Alex, set up meal planning; dinner reservations, which included a private sunset dinner cruise on a 95' sailboat; morning surfing, snorkel cruise, whale watching, AL terrain excursion; and transportation for all. As the hostess of this crew, every morning I awoke to fresh coffee, homemade waffles, pancakes, eggs, huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and lunch and dinner were just as fantastic, and so beautifully prepared and presented. When it was time to leave we all had a lump in our throat. Thank you Cabo Platinum, and in particular: Alex, Armando, Chef Jose, Chef Miguel and Selena and her staff and a big thank you to Mrs. Brooks for opening your beautiful home to my family, and welcoming us with open arms. Until we meet again, love to you all!!!

Casa Brooks is an amazing home to vacation in. The views were spectacular. Cabo Platinum, and our Host Alex, was a pleasure to work with in preparing for my wife’s Birthday celebration. We had 19 guests total, and our expectations were exceeded. From the scheduling of the transfers from the airport to the house, to hiring of the mariachi band, masseuses and beyond, Alex was spot on, assisting with all our arrangements. Chef Ivan’s menu was 5 star, as well. From the initial appetizers, through to our last day’s breakfast. He kept each meal unique, fresh and delicious. There was a request for his French Toast which he happily prepared, again. We highly recommend Chef Ivan and his Sous Chef Jose, if you want a chef with your vacation package. The Butlers, Armando and David were hard working partners. They both tended to our every wish ( mainly adult beverages, which they kept full). They both made us feel at home and honestly became fast friends. We look forward to returning to Cabo and will definitely use Cabo Platinum and Alex.

My husband and I booked 3 villas in the Cabo del Sol community to celebrate his 50th birthday along with 36 of our friends. The villas accommodated our group perfectly. While there is construction going on around the development it never affected our stay or enjoyment of the trip in the least. My husband and I stayed in Casa Mar along with 10 other friends and it was absolutely perfect (we also rented Casa Tortuga and Casa Brooks and our friends were very happy there although I personally never spent any time there as we had all of our gatherings at Mar). We hosted most of our meals and pool time at Casa Mar and it couldn't have worked out better. It was more than enough room for us. I can't say enough about the incredible staff - our concierge Fabiola was an absolute DREAM from the moment I booked the villas until the second we got in the shuttle to the airport. She went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we always had everything we need (and we did have a number of special requests during our stay and she always took care of them immediately). She is such a sweetheart. The butlers, Hugo, Arturo, Alex and Armando were absolute GEMS. Always there for anything and everything we needed, whether it was a fresh cocktail, a water, a plate of food, a towel, anything. And always with a smile. (In particular, Arturo, who was a butler for Casa Tortuga but then would help out at Mar all the time when we were there - our friends staying there literally couldn't stop talking about how wonderful and attentive he was, they wanted to steal him and bring him back to California with us). The chefs Ivan and Rodolfo served up insane food, always beautifully presented...and were particularly helpful to my friend who has Celiac and needed special meals - they would have food ready for her each day without her even asking. My friends couldn't stop gushing about how amazing the villas and staff were and said everything far exceeded their expectations. I would highly recommend booking through Cabo Platinum (Skyler was the agent who helped us with everything) and if you're lucky you'll get the staff we got! Hope to be back again for a reunion - my 60th? :-) Thanks again Fabi and crew!

A fantastic, relaxing stay with a large group of friends! The staff was amazing, very hospitable and very accommodating. They took care of every detail, I appreciated the ability to split the time up for the butler service during the day so that we could utilize their services at the prime time. The housekeepers were so friendly and seemed to magically get their job done, we barely saw them but experienced their through work. Towels inside and out constantly attended to, the beds made and rooms cleaned without us even noticing. They were fantastic. And I cannot say enough about Alan - he was fantastic and made our trip magnificent.

We stayed at Casa Brooks May 13-17th with a group of 19, to celebrate a few birthdays. Everything at the house was just perfect for our stay. Alan and Armando were amazing! We could not have asked for better service. Our welcome lunch of tacos, different types of ceviche, salsa and guacamole was delicious. The chef also created a birthday dinner on Sunday night for our group of fresh blackened sea bass, vegetables, rice and a fantastic dessert. The table was set beautifully and the meal was amazing! Amando was so wonderful with our group! We woke up to coffee, mimosas, and Bloody Mary's every morning. Never an empty glass! Alan had all our grocery requests on hand when we arrived and asked us daily for our food and beverage needs. They handled all our transportation arrangements and made sure our group was able to travel together. Their restaurant recommendations were top notch! The housekeeping staff had the rooms and areas spotless every day! The day of our departure, one of the couples left their passports by mistake in their bedroom, the staff found them, and insisted on bringing them to us, so we didn't miss our flight!! Our group raved about the entire Casa Brooks staff! At the end of the stay Alan had our invoice for groceries and beverages ready for check out and provided every receipt for the purchases. Such an easy process upon leaving. We give everyone on the staff an A++! Thank you again for making our trip beyond anything we could have expected!

Spent 8 wonderful days... 18 people, 7 between 4 and 9 years old. Great service and a wonderful chef, kids loved the food, pool and hot tub. Very good WiFi and TV service. There was some construction nearby that was noticible but did not impact on the quality of the our stay.

Cabo Platinum was absolutely incredible to work with! Our Concierge Javier Arregui went above and beyond to help us plan a reunion trip for 10 couples. From the house, to the food, the transportation, everything went off without a hitch. Our 2 butlers, Javier and Jaime were there at every turn to fill a cup or clear a plate. They were kind and easy to have around at all times. The food.... Chef Quetza was THE BEST! She made everything from scratch and every single meal was outstanding, some of the best food I've every had. Casa Brooks was an absolute gem of a house to stay in Cabo. I've been to Cabo over 10 times, and the house was by far the most beautiful house I've been, with ocean views, a giant swimming pool, beautiful bedrooms all in a safe community near one of the nicest golf courses in North America. The staff really made our experience 5-stars. Fabiola, the concierge was charming and professional, very organized and always looking out for our group. Javier and Armando took care of us throughout the day, making drinks, snacks, and setting us up with whatever we wanted. And the chefs Ivan and Marco cooked unbelievable meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you all so much for the incredible weekend!

Casa Brooks is one of the best houses/rentals that I've ever stayed in - and I consider myself a seasoned vacationer. The layout of the house was very conducive to hosting a large party and layout of the house allowed for couples to still have their own space. The staff was BEYOND Perfection. Adriana, Armondo and Ivon anticipated our needs, took care of all our requests and were gracious hosts. I will certainly be coming back to Casa Brooks!

Casa Brooks is absolutely spectacular! The layout is perfect- all bedrooms have privacy and they are all spacious and beautifully decorated with their own bathroom. The sheets and towels are all like a 5 star hotel. The view from the house is stunning. The private beach is gorgeous and close by. The fire pit is such a great space- we spent all of our evenings talking and roasting marshmallows by the fire. We rarely left the house!! And the staff is THE BEST!!! Quetza and Ivan are amazing cooks and always had a smile on their face. The food was sooo delicious!! We stayed for 10 days and every day they prepared something new and delicious!! They accommodated all of our dietary needs without a problem. We are kosher and Quetza even spoke to the local Rabbi to help understand our needs! They served the food beautifully. Armando and the rest of the staff were so attentive- they brought us snacks and drinks at the pool and even played with the kids!! They knew all of our names from day one! They were so nice and made us feel so at home. They set the table for us every night like if we were in the most beautiful private restaurant. There was nothing that we needed that our concierge couldn’t do - and she made everything seem easy and uncomplicated. We were 22 people and everything or anything that came up, she solved! We will miss the staff who made this stay an unforgettable vacation. Between the beauty of the house, the perfect location and the most amazing staff... we had the BEST vacation!! Casa Brooks is a destination beyond imagination. The photos are unable to capture the full beauty of the property and magical ambiance--and of course do not illustrate the incredible staff (Jason, Armando, Quetza and Valerie) that make it all possible. Our time in Casa Brooks far exceeded our (very high) expectations. The staff was friendly, competent and made our time at CB pure luxury. From having birthday balloons thoughtfully decorated throughout the property to a wonderful cake to arranging our perfect vacation, Jason the Executive Concierge made it happen. Our butler Armando anticipated our every need and made our stay like we were living a dream. From preparing specialty drinks for each individual, to turning our entire day into pure luxury, enough things cannot be said. Quetza prepared us delicious breakfast masterpieces and dinner one night. She even went our of her way to procure fresh (literally off the boat) oysters for our brunch! Everything was fresh, delicious and served to us. The cleaning crew led by Valerie had each room and corner glowing. Spoiled rotten. The property is beyond compare. Lush vegetation and fountains throughout the grounds, access to our own private beach and large spacious rooms, most with their own outdoor patios. Rich, vibrant flowers everywhere. Everyone in our group was blown away. We are already planning our return! The only downside is that this is a very difficult place to leave.

The house was a perfect fit for our work retreat. We each had enough space to spread out yet loved the common spaces—eating, suns bathing, pool and hot tub, etc. It was exactly as advertised. I’d definitely go back... Staff and chef etc were all incredible. We had many meals served—the Lobster/Steak was the best our “high maintenance” crew had ever had!!!

We had our Wedding at Casa Brooks in Cabo Del Sol Easter weekend.... Words can not describe how truly amazing the house was, the view, the service and how incredibly friendly and nice the staff was. Danette was so easy to work with on the rental, Carolina and Erik were so helpful in the planning of the wedding, planning of our activities and making sure we had all of groceries delivered before we arrived. They all greeted us with cold drinks and made us know right from the start how amazing the next 5 days was going to be. Carolina (the wedding genius) Armando ( bartender bad-ass) and Mr Erik ( activity and planner extraordinaire) and also a shout out to the Amazing Staff that made the whole experience unforgettable. I would truly recommend, that if your planning or looking for a vacation in Cabo that you reach out to Cabo Platinum and see the amazing vacation homes and services they can provide. Jason and Armando made our corporate retreat a success. Their attention to detail on facilitating tours, reservations, our onsite meals etc made all the difference. The property is also very nice and located right on golf course with a very short walk to the ocean. Will not go back to Cabo unless I'm staying at a property managed by Jason.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Brooks! We went with a group of friends, 16 of us total, to celebrate a 50th birthday. Words cannot do this place justice. It's beautiful and tranquil, the rooms are comfortable and almost all have their own bathroom. The pool, hot tub, and firepit are perfect for hanging out. You almost don't want to leave the property. Finally, the staff are stellar! We had most meals in, with gourmet chefs Evan and Quetza preparing ridiculously good food every day. And Armando, the butler, was amazing! He made amazing margaritas and generally took care of us with whatever request. We miss Armando! Michelle, our concierge, was able to make all the transportation arrangements for us, activity arrangements, and even able to get in villa spa services for 8 people at the last minute. This place is THE place. We will be back!

The cooks were so amazing we ate dinner at home every night. The maids were quick and efficient. We almost didn’t know they were there. It couldn’t have been a better trip.

This is an AMAZING location. Our team - Ricardo, Alex, Ivan - were amazing and made this a truly memorable trip. Ricardo helped to arrange everything - from menu, food, golf, massages and transportation - everything was flawless. Ivan made incredible meals every day - a jenga of bacon for breakfast, homemade salsas, incredible! Alex - our butler - really made our trip. He was super attentive to everyone and never let anyone's glass get empty. The cleaning crew really helped keep things neat everyday. The bedrooms were great size... the common areas were open and super comfortable. 5 star location, amenities and service!

We just returned last night from a 4 night stay here at Casa Brooks and we loved every minute of it. We went with 14 people all from the same company for a President's Club sales trip. We had not done a large home in years and were a bit worried if each couple would feel they had enough "me time" or "me space" due to being all in the same house. Well we loved it. You had tons of space to be alone or head to your private rooms if you wanted but we really enjoyed hanging out together for breakfast and lunch and just chilling all day around the pool and hot tub. The best part of the home is the amazing staff and the awesome food. We not only ate way more than you would at any all inclusive, but the food was gourmet and any and every diet preference was available. We had some that wanted no seafood, no problem, we had some that enjoyed tons of fruit, no problem. For example, one morning the chef(s) made this amazing sweet corn cake like I have never had. We loved it so much the next morning she gave a cooking class/lesson to whoever wanted. I am a real foodie so I could talk about the food for hours but dont want to lose your interest. We had the best food ever, I am already missing it. Each of the house staff was amazing. Actually from the initial booking and dealing with Danette from Cabo Platinum was great! We had Esteban as our house manager and he booked taxis whenever we wanted to get into town, he booked ATV tours and if we truly needed anything he would get it. We had two butlers (one per day) and they rocked. Armando was there 3 days and Francisco . We would walk down to the sandy beach to play spike ball and one day brought us a ton of cold waters without us even asking. About an hour after breakfast each day these guys would blend us fresh drinks, make nachos, fresh guacamole and anything else we wanted! They kept cold water, diet cokes and red bulls at all times and would even leave out some sweets under some food netting when they left each afternoon. The rooms were cleaned daily and the house was always clean and ready. I truly cannot think of anything to complain about, however in the effort for honest and fair reviews I would say the two areas our group felt could improve, would be water temperature in the showers and more reliable internet. Depending on how many people were showering at once and time of the day, we did not always have hot water. The internet was spotty in some places but ATT LTE was strong
