Centrally located, the brownstone is near ALL the things! It has plenty of rooms and really clean! The neighborhood is quiet. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, including helping us retrieve a forgotten item well after we had checked out! I would highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing stay at this location. We booked well in advance and eagerly anticipated our visit. Upon arrival, we were delighted with the property—it exceeded our expectations as soon as we walked through the door. With 14 people in our group, everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of space to enjoy some personal time if needed. Parking was convenient, both in the back garage and on the street, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We encountered one minor issue with the coffee machine, but JZ Rentals responded promptly. They quickly replaced it with a new one that was delivered to our door the same day. The only small downside was that sound carries a bit in the house. If you're staying with a large group, consider bringing a few sound machines, or perhaps JZ Rentals could provide one for each room. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place for large groups visiting the St. Louis area.

We had 9 adults staying in the house for a wedding and it was the perfect home base for the weekend. We've all spent time in St. Louis and were unfamiliar with this area, but the street was pretty nice and it was walking distance from SLU campus. It wasn't necessarily walkable but it was a convenient location for getting to many popular neighborhoods by car. The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable but while the bedrooms had shades, it was light in the morning so I would bring an eye mask! We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen had everything we needed. I would choose this house again.

JZ was always sending me useful information. The location of this place is close to so many of St. Louis attractions. The house was immaculately clean and had all the details needed to not worry about running out soon (i.e. soaps, trash bags, toiletries, etc.) The modern decorations and open concept made the house inviting to relax and gather. If I’m ever with the family in St. Louis, I’ll stay there again! This place was more than 5 stars!

Four families met here for a four night get away. There were 12 of us. The home was spacious and clean. We loved it!

Private note from Marsha: I’m an Airbnb host which is why I wanted to put this in a private message. Some of the bed linens had stains as well as the master bedroom comforter. If have no doubt everything was washed and sanitized. And I know it’s easy to miss these details. I did not want to lower your rating because we did love the home a lot. I just wanted to make you aware so you can have your cleaners look more critically. The comforter stain was definitely dried blood. The master bathroom only had one towel in it. We made some make shift trashcans in various places where it felt like they were missing (upstairs bathroom for example, by the coffee bar, maybe main level bathroom as well). There was no laundry detergent. The back gate lock is broken. We missed the sign telling us to have our cars moved on the first Tuesday of the month for street cleaning so two out of our four cars got tickets. An extra reminder about this would be helpful. I’m sure this could happen to other guests.

This home was absolutely STUNNING! There are enough bedrooms/beds to accommodate a large group. The home is very spacious and clean. Neighborhood is quiet. There are lots of stores not very far from the home. Host communicated well. I will definitely book this home again in the future.

My family absolutely LOVED the property. Plenty of space for all the guests. Ample beds and linens. Water was super hot and we loved it. Ample parking, easy instructions and directions on how to get in. Easy checkout as well...no laundry list of things to do...real simple. Loved it.

There were 12 of us for the weekend…4 generations! This place had space for everyone to spread out or hang out together. The kitchen space was perfect! We cooked a couple meals and found everything we needed to prepare and serve everyone. The beds were so comfy and the towels were big and plush! My only additional suggestion would be there are more towels and some extra bedding. The location was great and easy to get to. We would definitely stay again!

This place is all brand new! Very tasteful furnishings and ample space to spread out. The basement is huge and had its own living area and mini kitchen. It has rear gated parking with a 30 amp EV charger which was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Private note from Steven: Being a new build, im sure you are still working through the punch list, here are a few things you might want to check. 1)The master bedroom door won’t close. 2)The front family room tv won’t connect to the internet. 3)The master shower is super awesome, but drains all the hot water for the house in about 10 minutes due to the high flow or maybe undersized hot water tank. 4)We couldn’t find any cookie sheets. Overall a great stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home. Huge and clean bathrooms/showers. Basement was huge and set up well. The host was very responsive and even let us in early because we got into town early and did not want our luggage in vehicle. Lots of new homes being built on the block but still very quiet and no problems with neighbors. I was worried about the back alley at first but it was still very clean and kept up. Overall very good place to stay like the pictures show!!

This house was perfect for hosting my fiancés 30th birthday party. The house looks exactly like the photos, is extremely clean, and had plenty of space and comfortable beds for all our guests. The place spacious and could sleep what's listed and that's a rarity. It has three full bathrooms that are finished nicely and the main is as big as many bedrooms in other houses. It has plenty of room to spread out with three large tv areas. Great place would recommend for anyone wanted multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. The only downside was the construction which didn't bother us because our stay was during the holidays.
