Gorgeous stay and easy access to shops

Everything was professional and easy from the booking, to the call at check-in, to the mid-trip check-in. The entire condo has been renovated for your comfort and beach chairs, towels, snorkels, and umbrella are ready to use for your adventures. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and the table easily seats 5 with more room at the bar and on couch. The bathroom is beautifully arranged with a lovely walk-in shower for ease of use. The reserved parking space was extremely helpful. The pool is refreshing with umbrellas, loungers, and bbqs in case you want to enjoy a meal grilled outdoors. We would def stay again! ❤️💫

Great Time

This place was a great place to stay for the week. Close to dinning options and shops to browse. We were able to get an early check in and unload our luggage to start our adventures. We contacted Igor due to the entry lock batteries died and he was on top of it with in the hour to get it resolved. The community is very quiet and clean This place has everything you need to cook a meal if you want to stay in for the evening. The description stated a lanai but it was very small and can’t sit on it. I would definitely stay here again during our next visit, due to the location to everything.

Excellent place to stay

We came for a week for a wedding and it was the perfect place to stay. Five minute walk to Ali'i drive but also out of the way enough that it was very quiet. The condo was sparkling clean, well stocked with everything we may need including beach towels, cooler, fan, etc. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was very well equipped, including a coffee grinder for that famous Kona coffee and a rice cooker. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely brilliant time the hosts were great.Could do with a little less noisy air con but still a 10 out 10 from us only down side is we only stayed for two weeks and not three weeks 😂👍

This place was perfect for my husband and I. So close to food and shops. The pool and BBQ area was wonderful! Will come back for sure!

Nice place to stay and centrally located in Kona

First of all, I would like to thank the host for follow-up and quick response when I wondered about something. Thanks again! The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of everything you need. The apartment has everything you need, and more. It was also very clean. If there is one thing I have to draw down, is the one door that only locks from the inside. There was no key to lock the outer metal door with a key when we were out. As a tourist, with a lot of valuables, one would have felt even safer if there was a key to this door as well, in addition to the code lock door. Other than that, everything was perfect! Thanks :)

Good Times

We stayed for 2 weeks during the World IRONMAN Champs and couldn't be happier. The condo was exactly as per the description and very well appointed. It was clean and well presented with everything we needed. Excellent communication and instructions from the Property Managers made checking in and out effortless. I would happily stay there again and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at Kona Mansions E333. The property manager (Tim) was immediately responsive when we struggled to locate the condo (not really hard to find, we were just tired.) The condo was well-appointed, comfortable, and walking distance into the main part of Kona. Other than the last night when some cats decided to fight outside, we slept well. The bed was comfy. The bathroom clean and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed - good appliances and well-equipped. We'd stay at this condo again if we ever get back to Hawaii!

First walking in we were struck not just by the beautiful renovation, but by how sparkling clean it was! We got in on a night flight, so used our GPS to get to the property. But you just turn in at the top of the complex (look for V)off Kuakini Hiighway and there's parking spot #1. Perfect! There were generous amounts of all basic supplies and 2 great backpack beach chairs which we used every day. We left our nice new boogie board behind for the next guests to enjoy. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, awesome shower, and lovely open studio doors to the king bed. When I had a couple questions, we were answered immediately. The air conditioning worked great…although we seldom needed it with the good breeze. I also enjoyed the beautiful pool a time or two. We would recommend this to any couple and look forward to returning!

Wow! This property had it all! Quiet location with a view of the ocean! The condo was beautifully renovated and very clean. And we really appreciated the little extras - beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, books about things to do on the island, etc It definitely felt like home while we were there! We highly recommend this property and will stay here again!
