Inside, 2,272 square feet of coastal living include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The open living and dining area flows into a modern eat-in kitchen with an island ideal for morning coffee, family meals, or packing a cooler for the water. Tile floors, impact windows and doors, and a split-bedroom layout keep the home bright, private, and low-maintenance. The primary suite is on the main level.
