Excellent

by George And Nan 2024-11-07

We have rented from MHB several times. They are always easy to work with when making reservations and payments. We have rented the same home and the house is always clean and ready when we arrive. We had an air conditioning issue this last vacation and MHB addressed the situation as soon as we called.

We have rented villa Jenny a few times and it's always in great condition! It allows us to totally relax. There has never been an issue with anything.

Jenny House

by Gary 2024-04-04

Jenny is perfect for us and we are so comfortable in the house and with the area. We have met a number of residents while out walking and it is a safe, quiet location. There are lots of shopping and restaurants within 10 mins. Jenny has all the amenities needed including upgraded appliances that are wonderful. The pool and lanai is of course our favourite with lots of covered area to sit and relax when not enjoying a swim. MHB Property Management makes it their priority to make sure your stay is enjoyable and if there is ever an issue they are address it immediately. We love the Jenny house and look forward to many more years returning.

Jenny Home

by Gary 2020-03-05

The Jenny home is perfect for all our vacation needs and close to many attractions we love to visit. This home has all the amenities plus many more that we could a lever ask for. We found the neighbourhood very quiet and safe to go on our daily walks. The pool and deck area is where we lived for the majority of our vacation it is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. If there is ever a question the entire Bergmann family is quick to respond to make sure your vacation is the best. We are definitely returning and can’t thank the Bergmann’s enough for this wonderful vacation home. Gary & Donna Ontario, Canada

Management Review of Homeowner

by Jennifer 2021-08-20

On behalf of myself and Jenny , I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your family (MHB) for a fantastic job which you guys continue to do for us . For example , our calls have never been unanswered whenever we try reaching you , you are always clear in responding and reporting to any questions we have in relation to solving any concerns we may have , and of course, I cannot mention enough the confidence in which you have shown us in the professional manner you have dealt with us .
