BALCONY OF THIS UNIT IS SET TO BE CLOSED OFF FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK FROM 10/31/2025 THROUGH 2/23/2026. MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK
Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy s, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson s, Neon s, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey s Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!
The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Guest must register and pay for one parking pass and 6 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2024 cost is $90 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo. The condo does have an assigned space on the 9th floor of the complex. You must still pay for parking to use this space.

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
