MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK. THE BALCONY OF THIS CONDO WILL BE CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER OF 2026 TO MARCH OF 2027
Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, sitting area, and access to the unit s second bathroom. The hallway bunk room hosts two twin bunks along with access to the condo s half bathroom. The common area features a pull out queen sofa bed, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf, and plenty of space for the family to unwind after a day in the sand. This condo also offers a beach wagon stocked with chairs and umbrellas for the group!
Shores of Panama features some of PCB s best amenities including an indoor heated pool, on-site gym and sprawling beachside pool. The resort is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy s, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson s, Neon s, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
