Great house
We enjoyed our stay in this house. The pool is beautiful and there are more than enough places for sitting, eating or sunbathing in the large lanai. This house is on a wide canal so more privacy and nice views. Inside the house everything is perfect as well. One of the reasons for choosing this house was the location in Cape Coral. As said, it’s on a large canal and close to shops and the bridge to Ft. Myers. That makes a trip to the beaches easy. The service from Vesteva was great too. After some heavy rain a few lights in the lanai were out and we couldn’t find the problem. But it was fixed easily after a vist from the management. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the jacuzzi. It had only one jet stream working out of 3 or 4 and the temperature was mostly the same as the pool. Since we didn’t use it anyway we left it at that. But if needed I guess they will explain it all to you. If we might come back to Cape Coral this house will be the first to check again.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review! We’re very happy to hear how much you enjoyed the home, the spacious lanai, pool area, beautiful canal views, and convenient location.
We’re also glad our team was able to quickly take care of the lanai lights after the heavy rain.
Regarding the jacuzzi, we only wish we had known during your stay! A quick phone call or message to us would have allowed our team to explain the controls and settings, including the jets and temperature, so you could have enjoyed it as well. We’re always happy to assist with anything that may not be immediately clear.
It means a lot to hear that this would be the first home you would check for a future Cape Coral vacation.
We’d be happy to host you again on your next visit to Southwest Florida. Warm Regards, Vesteva Vacation Rentals.
