On day 1 door would not lock - spoke to Kat she said she suspected batteries and she would get someone out day 2 as she was off work
We never heard from anyone again
We found some batteries in a draw and replaced them - it worked but know one from Vesteva knew that we had resolved the issue - very poor

Nevertheless, we will share your feedback with the property owner and have our property management team inspect the lanai wall.
Regarding the door lock, we sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up. While we appreciate that you were able to resolve the issue by replacing the batteries, our team should have followed up to ensure the lock was functioning properly. We will address this internally to improve our communication and service procedures.
