The expansive driveway could easily hold 4 cars. Pinkie Flamingo loved the metal roof and the inviting front porch envisioning cool Summer evenings outdoors sipping wine and chatting with friends. Already familiar with the private, gated neighborhood of The Villas of Frangista, Pinkie knew the community pool and amenities were fabulous and the location just 10 minutes from the beach was superb. What special secrets lay inside 283 Lakeland were about to be revealed
Beautiful coastal flooring underscored the scene and Pinkie approved. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and the view out onto the private fenced backyard revealed a covered dining area with gas grill, a cozy fire pit and plenty of lounge options the perfect backdrop on which to paint some beautiful vacation memories after a fun day at the beach.
