Lovely Villa

by Lucy 2026-09-28

5/5

The villa was lovely, clean, and well stocked.

Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed the villa and found it clean and well stocked. We'd love to welcome you back again!

The villa was fabulous!!

by Lauren 2026-09-10

The villa was fabulous, no issues at all and everything was as expected. We appreciated the welcome pack and the fact that there was a hoover in the home as not all villas we have previously stayed at has had one. We would recommend thicker curtains in the main bedroom and would rate the home 4.5 out of 5.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and for rating the villa 4.5/5! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay, had no issues, and appreciated the welcome pack and the convenience of having a hoover available. We also really appreciate your suggestion regarding thicker curtains in the main bedroom and will certainly take this into consideration. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Excellent

by Aileen 2026-09-02

Modern, spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. One of our favourite things was the peaceful nature and pond view from the patio. It was such a lovely place to relax after a day at the parks.
We decided not to hire a car and honestly didn’t miss having one. Ubers to the parks were affordable and really easy to use throughout our stay.
The security and resort staff were always friendly and welcoming, and Martha at White Rose was super helpful with local recommendations and anything we needed.

Thank you so much for such a lovely review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the peaceful pond views and found the home comfortable for your family. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and I'm so glad I could help make your stay a little more special. We'd love to welcome you back to Florida again!

Beautiful Villa!

by Katie 2026-08-25

Beautiful Villa and had everything we needed. Called the management company on some advice for a couple of things and they were helpful. I would rate this villa 5 out of 5 . I felt the villa was much larger than advertised.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear that you loved the villa, found it spacious and well-equipped, and received helpful support from our management team. We truly appreciate your 5-star rating and hope to welcome you back again soon!

The villa was brilliant, perfect location and spotless on arrival. We contact the management team twice – a couple of storms had affected the internet and taken out a couple of pool screens but maintenance were quick to attend and fix.

Thank you for your fantastic review! We're so glad you loved the villa, its location, and that everything was spotless on arrival. We also appreciate your understanding after the storms, and we're happy our maintenance team was able to respond quickly. We'd love to welcome you back for another stay soon!

White Rose Villas host was awesome! We needed a place to stay in a hurry and they were totally on point. Very quick responses. The check in was a piece of cake. Everything was just as described. Very clean and in a convenient location. Great quiet neighborhood close to everything. Great Stay!

Excellent Home and Service

by Devina 2025-12-13

Our stay at this property was very comfortable, and our host was great! Upon arrival, the house was very clean and spotless. Great job to the house cleaning crew! The fridge was stocked with milk, and we had cereal and a few other items left for us, unopened. That was so very nice. There’s plenty of space for large groups. I really have no complaints, except our oven gave us some trouble when we turned it on. It turned out we needed a new stove, and with it being the week of Thanksgiving, they made sure we had a brand new oven installed before Thanksgiving Day. They really went above and beyond for us! Will definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Stay Near Disney

by Neil 2025-11-12

The house is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, the living areas were bright and welcoming, and each bedroom was stylish and spotless. We were impressed with the art work in the master bedroom. The pool deck was a real highlight — spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing. We love the sun and we got it all day! The location is ideal — just minutes from Disney and close to shops, restaurants, and everything you could need, yet the resort itself is quiet and secure. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to families or groups looking for comfort and convenience close to Disney.

Perfect house

by Lynne 2025-09-30

From the moment we walked through the door we loved the house, it was beautiful, very clean, everything we needed, lovely view and lovely clean pool, also loved the fact the trash is collected daily, so no need to worry about missing collection day. Had a problem with the washing machine being broken but it was replaced in a couple of days. The whole resort was lovely and clean with plenty to do on site, would definitely recommend

Girls Week

by Paige 2025-06-17

We had a girls’ week here and loved it! The house is great and had everything we needed. Loved lazing by the pool in the afternoon after packed mornings out exploring. The resort itself is fun; we went to the Tiki bar on 4th July and Paul the bartender was amazing, nice cocktails. It was nice to sit out on the pool deck in the evening and watch some fireworks.

Bright & Airy

by Danielle 2025-01-04

Spent a family Christmas in this villa which is just lovely. We arrived to the villa having a Christmas tree which was a great option provided by White Rose Villas, the welcome pack was great for the morning too. The villa is fully kitted out, bright and airy, very clean. 2 huge TVs in both sitting rooms which was great meaning we could spread out. Amazing pool area looking onto a small river and nature. The resort itself is well equipped and secure, very nice to walk around.

So good that we went back!

by Caroline 2025-03-03

So good that we went back! After spending a family Christmas here and to escape the cold winter back home, my wife and I returned for 3 weeks. Martha from White Rose Villas was on hand when we arrived to help with an internet issue (service provider problem) and get it fixed quickly. We are returning next January, and it cannot come soon enough!

Fabulous villa

by Claire 2025-07-25

Fabulous villa- great open living and dining space. Very clean. Great south west facing pool - with loungers and dining set. Very well equipped kitchen. Kids loved the games room. Lots of restaurants within 10-15 min drive. Close to Disney parks and around 35-40 mins drive to Universal. Wonderful stay.

Emerald Isle

by Gary 2025-08-18

Over the years we must of stayed many many villas all over Kissimmee. Got say this is best villa we have ever stayed in from location cleanliness decoration etc. Dream home!! Could not fault a thing and next time I will be looking to book this villa again. Didn’t want to leave. Thank You

by Danielle 2025-07-26

Visited Orlando for a week and so glad we chose this villa. Everything seemed new and the villa itself was immaculate. The pool was great, as was the spa in an evening. Super tranquil and surrounded by nature.

Modern Lake View Villa – Perfect Base for Disney & Universal

by Jessica 2025-08-12

We had a fantastic family holiday here! The villa was beautifully decorated with a modern feel and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lake view was gorgeous and made for a peaceful start and end to each day. We didn’t use the resort amenities, but there’s loads on offer if you want them. Our days were packed with Disney and Universal, and this was the perfect base for exploring. Uber was very reasonably priced — actually cheaper than parking at Disney — and Walmart was just around the corner. We struggled a bit with the TVs, but Martha from the management company came round to help and was so friendly. A brilliant home in a fantastic location!
