Our stay was good overall, and the villa itself was lovely. We didn't report anything to the management company during our stay, but we wanted to mention a couple of housekeeping issues. We only noticed them as we were leaving but felt they were worth bringing to your attention. There was a significant build-up of dust underneath the beds, and in the family bathroom there were several old toothbrushes that appeared to have fallen down the side of the sink and had become stuck. We also wanted to mention that a house further down the street hosted very loud parties until around 4am. on both Friday and Saturday nights and were setting off fireworks in the road at one point. We didn't feel comfortable approaching the neighbours ourselves, and we weren't sure who we should have contacted to report the disturbance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate this villa 4 out of 5 stars.

Great holiday, villa was lovely. We could not work out how to turn the living room lights on and contacted the management company who were very helpful. Also reported some ant that appeared on the wall, and they sent pest control out the same day. All as advertised.

It was absolutely fantastic – I’ve now got the Florida bug. The villa was spot on, it was fab. We started chatting to the neighbours it was great. We already looked for next year but it’s fully booked. It was brilliant!

We had such a nice stay, very peaceful. It was nice to be right on the small lake with the pool and screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked, and very clean. We loved the showers!!! Very high-tech, and super cool! The beds were cozy, and plenty of linens and towels. We ventured to Medieval Times, which was so close we could have walked practically. And we also kayaked Shingle Creek, which was only about a mile or 2 away. Thank you so much for having us!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Seasons. The lake view was stunning, and the sunny pool was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The location couldn’t be better — Disney is just a short drive away, and there are so many great places to eat nearby, from local favourites along US-192 to the fantastic restaurants in Celebration like Columbia Restaurant and Charley’s Steak House. We also enjoyed a visit to Sunset Walk at Margaritaville Resort, with its wide variety of dining options including Cowboy Chicken, The Wharf, and Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi. A big thank you to Martha and Lisa from the management team—they were friendly, responsive, and made our stay completely stress-free. This home is an ideal base for enjoying all that Kissimmee has to offer, and we can’t wait to come back.

The villa is everything as advertised and more. Sun on the pool deck all day long and the lake view was stunning. The house was in perfect condition and in a great location for travelling to Disney. Lisa and Martha were always available and made sure we had a fantastic stay. We would love to stay at this house again in the future.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. The location is in a safe neighborhood close to just about everything. Check in was easy, it was clean and decorated beautifully. We especially loved the pool area including the outdoor TV. We hope to be back again next year!

Summer Breeze was a fabulous property, the pool and outdoor TV made for some excellent family enjoyment poolside! The interior was clean, inviting and cozy. This home was incredible! So much more than we expected. It was clean, well stocked and had ample perks. Such as the location, the playground right next to the unit, the view, the game room in the garage! We came impromptu last minute for my sons birthday only to be greeted by a hurricane but the house was so wonderful the kids didn’t even mind! We definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay here. The house was spacious. The pool was cool and relaxing. And the place was overall pretty clean. There was a park right next to the house where we could walk our dogs. And, it wasn't too far of a drive to the parks. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is very well kept and in a great location for going to Disney. The pool was especially nice, very clean and in good condition. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake has a nice walking path with lots of different wildlife along the way. Overall the house had everything I needed for both relaxing and getting around to different attractions. Would stay again.

The villa was ideally placed for what we wanted to do. Loved the electronic access and the fact there was no alarm going on every time we opened the pool door which happens a lot at other places we have rented. The pool was south facing which was great but there was no where to sit outside in the shade. Perhaps an umbrella would have been useful. Also Whiterose villas are the only rental company we’ve come across where they require the BBQ to be outside the cage.

I really loved and enjoyed my stay at seasons blvd! The villa we stayed in was really nice , well kept and clean. The area was nice and quiet and we had everything ready for us when we arrived, the communication was great and we could use the tablet to communicate and even appreciated the late check out made it easy for us. We was so sad to leave and we are already in process of trying to come back to the US and we will try stay in the same villa! Thanks so much for a great stay and we hope to come back soon!
