Villa was great!

by Tina 2026-09-24

5/5

The villa was great thank you, it might be good to have a handrail into the pool, and the bathrooms are functional but could be due some updating, other than that no complaints.

Thank you for your kind review and helpful feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the villa. We'll certainly take your suggestions about the pool handrail and bathroom updates into consideration. We hope to welcome you back again!

Lovely Home

by Elle 2026-07-18

White Rose was a lovely home and neighborhood - it took some getting used to the security button for the outside but we quickly got adjusted.

Sunny Pool with Lake View - AMAZING

by Michelle 2026-06-08

Everything about this property was perfect. The view was amazing and the pool and hot tub were the best thing for total relaxation. It was close enough to the theme parks and lakes for fishing, but far enough away from the traffic! Great area for biking and close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The hosts were excellent to work with and booking, staying and checking out processes all very easy. I recommend definitely getting heat for the pool and hot tub during the months suggested. We were there in March and the water was perfect with the heat. We would absolutely book here again!!

Our holiday in Orlando

by Arno 2026-05-04

We had a wonderful stay at White Rose Villas in Kissimmee. The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the level of service. The host was very friendly and provided clear instructions along with proactive tips that made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Overall, this is a great place with excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend White Rose Villas and would happily stay here again!

Very nice stay!

The Perfect Place

by Frankie 2026-04-15

This was our first time driving to Florida and renting an Airbnb! We live in Michigan and wanted to bring our dog with. This was the perfect place! Our dog loved walking the neighborhood! The hosts were very accommodating to pets! The house was exactly what we expected! The pool area is great! We spent a lot of time there! The kitchen was beautiful and the welcome package items were a great addition to our check in! The hosts were very responsive and polite! The house was about a half hour drive to Walt Disney World. We would definitely stay here again!

by Thomas 2026-04-10

We stayed at this lovely home in late March 2026. Check in was simple and as soon as we entered the home, everything was so clean and inviting. The space and amenities were perfect. And they even welcomed us with a care package in the kitchen. We recommend getting the heat for the pool (which also heats the hot tub). Late March is still not warm enough yet to not have the heat. We were so glad we got that, and it really warmed the hot tub (which had great jets). The view of the pond while enjoying the pool and hot tub was great. And the neighborhood was relaxing and not busy at all. It felt very private even though homes were around. It was about 30 - 40 minutes to the theme parks and about 10-15 minutes to the grocery store. A perfect place to relax after busy days!

Overall, enjoyed our stay! As advertised

by Barb 2026-04-13

The house was on a nice quiet street and as advertised. We loved that there was coffee and some basics (such as bread and milk) when we arrived. We did have an issue with the hot tub blower but the management team was very responsive, great to deal with and got it fixed promptly. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Incredibly warm and very comfortable house with all the amenities. Swimming pool and hot tub is always where we end up. With record temps in the 20’s it was so nice to have a heated pool and hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lake Views and Luxury Touches

by Krystie 2025-07-28

Absolutely fell in love with this home the minute we walked in! Very clean and felt at home instantaneously. The pool and hot tub area is amazing and even had a tv to watch outside. We loved that the home was so accessible for our senior dog. Almost never wanted to even go out and do the activities we planned because of how much we enjoyed just being at the home. Lisa & Martha were friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything at all. Will definitely be staying here again!

It was even bigger than I thought! Great size so much space! It was my son?s birthday so him having a pool to himself was an absolute blast! The game room was super cool! We had lots of fun thank you! I hope next time we?ll be able to stay here again!

Great home & game room!

by Shaundricka 2023-08-03

Great home & game room! If you want to use the spa, I highly suggest that you request to heat the spa far in advanced as this is not something they can do for a last minute booking as it takes 24 hours, if not more to heat the spa. It?s a spa and it?s not fun when it?s cold.

Enjoyable Family Christmas Getaway in a Comfortable Home

by Lucie 2024-01-11

The house was beautiful and peaceful.

by Stacey 2024-01-31

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and peaceful. There are so many things to do and places to visit. We had so much fun swimming and playing in the game room we didn?t have to go out to have a good time.

by Chassidy 2025-07-14

Was clean inside and we enjoyed everything. Any questions or concerns were resolved immediately. Would stay here again.

by Amanda 2025-04-17

Firstly, this place made our family feel right at home. We have small children and White Rose Villas thought of everything you could have left at home. It was there in the house. From a stroller, to high chair, complementary laundry pods to fun pool toys & much more. The thought they put into their homes is amazing. The host really went above and beyond to make our family vacation the most magical time. We stayed here for a week and didn’t want to leave. It felt like home away from home. The house was spectacular, well maintained and clean. The pool was so much fun. Such a lovely neighborhood. They have a playground at the beginning of the development, my kids loved. And the amazing birds and ducks you see every day right behind this lovely home. We really enjoyed this serine beautiful lake home that’s not too far from Disney and can’t wait to book our next vacation with White Rose Villas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The perfect stay for families.

by Naomi 2022-05-30

The place was so spacious and clean and marvellous could not have booked a better place for my family and I. The pictures are nice but it’s even better in person!

Wonderful time

by Erick 2022-06-19

We had a wonderful time at Lisa home. The home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean. The TVs in all the rooms and in the pool area was a plus. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and can accommodate your family. The beds are comfortable. There are enough blankets, towels, etc. This is our second time renting with Lisa but in different homes. Will definitely rent again and recommend her homes to our friends/family.

A wonderful stay!

by Brian 2022-10-10

Beautiful area with pool and lake. Well equipped, and excellent communication.

Our villa stay was truly fantastic, the villa was lovely photos did not do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, the décor was lovely and it was so very well equipped. The pool was amazing with a view of the lake, we have been to Florida over 35 times, it was our first time staying in a villa and it will not be the last. The games room was amazing, there was so much to do, sitting round the pool in the evening after a long day shopping and visiting the theme parks. It was so peaceful sitting on the pool deck with a drink in hand watching the fish jumping in the lake it will be imprinted in our memory banks forever. The quietness was great and the information book in the villa was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Loved it!!!!

by Amanda 2023-10-30

The house and pool were fabulous! We traveled here to visit all the Disney parks which were only 20 minutes away! Great location! Fabulous hosts!!!!

A nice house, as described, and we had a great family Christmas here with our grown up kids. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the games room and pool areas were great. There were a couple of small issues with the house/ pool but the management company were super pro-active and sorted them quickly. They were not issues that could have been avoided and didn't interfere with our enjoyment, and as I said were quickly sorted out. Note that this area is a little bit out of the main areas of Kissimmee so you need to drive a half hour to 40 mins to get to the parks, and there are no supermarkets/ restaurants on the doorstep (10-15 min drive to nearest range of fast food places). But a nice house and good management company, in our experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and peaceful. There are so many things to do and places to visit. We had so much fun swimming and playing in the game room we didn’t have to go out to have a good time.

Good Neighborhood

by Yeiman 2025-01-06

3/5

Good old neighborhood built in the 90s and is a Quiet place but house amenities are a bit old and the house is perfect for a couple. For the price and fees I think was too much. The traffic during rush hour was intense and very congested.

Loved this Home

Loved this home! It was perfect for our family and very pet friendly! Plenty of space for everyone and the pool/spa was fantastic.
