Great stay overall

by Amanda 2026-04-15

5/5

We had a great stay overall. The home was clean, well presented, and had plenty of dishes, including pool-friendly options, which was really useful. The beach towels were also a nice touch. The BBQ was delivered shortly after arrival, and the team were helpful when needed. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we really enjoyed our time. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would happily return.

The house is really great for a family vacation

by Hll 2022-06-04

What a great experience! Our group (4 adults, 3 kids under 4) really enjoyed the home and its cleanliness, layout, features, accessibility, and access to Resort amenities. Lisa was an incredible host and her communication was exceptional. Extremely prompt with detailed answers to questions. Highly recommend the space and the host!

Great place and location for us to stay.

by Suleyman 2022-06-19

This place is a dream vacation pad. It's our second time staying here. We love the service from Lisa and her team at Ellis Exclusive Villas. This is our go to home. Beautiful interiors and extremely clean and organised. Feels like home away from home. We really enjoyed playing in the game room, and swimming in the pool. Thank you for taking care of all our needs.

Excellent

by Jordan & Martin 2024-05-20

The property was pristine, spacious, and ideally located just a quick drive from Disney, making our daily trips so convenient.

Elegant, comfortable and very homely

by Colwell 2022-04-23

The house and the location is excellent. It was everything we could have wished for and more. There was plenty of room for all ten of us and the private balcony from the master bedroom was a great spot for breakfast. Only a short walk to the resort pool and children's park which was great. Lisa & Martha were a pleasure to deal with and were very prompt with responses to emails or phone calls. Overall an excellent stay and we can't wait to come back.

Family vacation

by Lenise 2022-05-04

The house is very beautiful and is as pictures described. Lovely balcony off master suite upstairs and family loved having movie nights together just like we can do in our own home. We definitely rent again when in Florida as it made us feel just as if we were in our own home Bc of size

Fabulous experience!

by Graham 2022-05-21

Our family had the best time at this house! We have stayed in MANY rentals, and this was by far our favorite. The property inside and out is immaculate! Everything is so clean. We also felt very safe in this house with a security system and keyless entry. The pool and patio area were great. There was also a lot of space for the kids to hangout. We cannot wait to stay here again in the future!!

Great getaway house!

by Brenda 2021-09-30

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. Everything was provided as described in preview. Pool was excellent and the layout was great with two teenage girls traveling with us. Quiet gated subdivision. Thank you.

Exceeded our expectations

by Stephen A 2022-02-28

This house exceeded our expectations and certainly has the WOW factor. The house has lots of different things to offer, movie room, games room, master balcony, pool, spa......the list goes on. We loved the community and felt very safe and secure. The gate staff where very friendly. To top it off we received excellent communication and support from the management team. Thank you guys. You gave us an incredible family vacation.

Great home and community!

The home was fantastic and was very clean and well organised. The master bedroom had a private balcony and it was a great spot to enjoy breakfast and was very private. We fell in love with the house and will be booking for next year. It catered for all our needs and the customer service from Ellis Exclusive Villas was first class. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

We loved our stay at Watersong. Arrival was simple easy, and the house was exactly as advertised. The cleanliness of this home was immaculate. Communication with Lisa even before our arrival was super easy. Already making plans for next year.

We loved the WHOLE HOUSE

by Graham 2022-03-21

The house was exactly as pictured with enough room for everyone. It was super clean and had more than enough seating, glasses, silverware and plates. Towels and wash cloths were abundant. The outside area was also well organized with plenty of seating. Property managers answered in a timely manner and were very nice. The texted us throughout the time there to make sure we were ok. It made us feel like they really cared. I will be booking again.
