The villa was as expected, pool was good, the home is starting to look a bit tired in some areas such as the bathrooms and kitchen. The villa management company were proactive when we reported a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. We had some difficulty setting the villa alarm but didn't report this. The overall experience pretty good. I would rate the home 4 out of 5
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our team's assistance. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!
Best of British Pub at the Entrance
by Benny
5/5
The home was amazing and had such a great vibe — really well kept, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing. We loved having our own pool, and the wildlife at the back was honestly better than watching TV! The Best of British pub at the community entrance was such a bonus too; we walked over for food and drinks, loved the quiz nights, and it genuinely felt like having a little local pub in Florida.
Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time, it was such a good holiday. The villa was easy to find and we had no problems getting in on arrival. It was spacious, spotless and the pool area was lovely. We could also see wildlife such as alligators on the lake out the back.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad you had an amazing holiday and enjoyed the villa, pool area, and beautiful lake views. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Brilliant holiday, we really enjoyed our stay. We did have a couple of minor issues with the alarm and the dishwasher not working, but it didn’t affect our stay and we just wanted to make the management company aware. They responded in a timely and helpful manner, which is all we could ask for.”
Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you had a brilliant holiday and enjoyed your stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the minor issues and are happy our team could assist promptly. We'd love to host you again!

We had an amazing time — everything was really good. The villa was clean, tidy, and exactly as advertised. We especially appreciated that it was all on one level, which meant our daughter, who uses a wheelchair, could be fully included in the holiday. The location was also fantastic. Being able to walk to the pub at the entrance of the community without needing to get in the car was a rare and welcome bonus for Orlando
Thank you so much, Margaret, for such a wonderful and thoughtful review. We're truly glad to hear you had an amazing stay and that the villa's single-level layout allowed your daughter to be fully included and comfortable throughout the holiday—that means a great deal to us. We're also happy you enjoyed the location and the convenience of being able to walk to the pub. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you and your family back anytime.

Lovely villa! We’ve been 5 times now and I would say that it’s the best villa we’ve stayed in. We appreciated the welcome pack it saved us a trip to Walmart upon arrival and once we had settled in everything was good.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the villa was flawless! The villa itself was immaculate — spotless, beautifully presented, and even the towels and linens felt fresh and high quality. The games room was a huge hit, and all the appliances were simple to use (even for our teenagers!). The community was just as lovely — secure, welcoming, and full of charm. Neighbors greeted us while walking their dogs, and we even paused to let a tortoise cross the road! This truly felt like a 5-star experience, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Honestly, we wish we could live here

We have had the best time staying here so far! From the moment we walked in, it instantly felt like home. The villa is really spacious, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday without any stress or worry. The private pool was definitely the highlight for us, it was amazing to have it all to ourselves especially after long days at the Disney Parks! Everything about the place made it so easy to feel at home. It’s in a great location too, close to everything you might want to do, but still peaceful enough that you can just enjoy the quiet when you’re back at the villa. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay so far!!

Lisa made us feel welcome and responded quickly to all our questions. Very safe gated community with good amenities. would 100% stay again.

We were impressed by the clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated interior. The home comfortably accommodated our family of six, providing everyone with their own space to relax after long days at the parks. The private pool was a highlight of our trip. It was the perfect way to unwind, and the kids absolutely loved it! The screened-in patio area made it an ideal spot for evening swims without worrying about bugs. The location couldn't have been better. Being just a short drive from Disney World allowed

Excellent – villa and service was fab, we’ve recommended you already. Communication has been really great. Everything as expected, tidy, clean and lots of spare bedding. If I had to mention one thing there was no baking tray so we bought one and left it there and I’m sure if we’d have reported it they’d have brought one round

Nice quite villa during January The area was nice and quiet for our stay in January set within a gated community, the property had very good appliances in the kitchen all looking brand new, there are plenty of beds to choose from each with its own en-suite. There is a lovely pool outside looking onto a wooded area with plenty of chairs and recliners.

Great Visit on a Staycation/Family Trip from Tampa
by Janine
5/5
Great visit on a staycation/family trip from Tampa. Host(s) / property manager were very responsive. Initially "alamed" by pool alarm/button system in place however after one mishap and the hosts being immediately responsive, the issue was resolved. House was very clean, pool heating system required some maintenance but hosts immediately were able to send assistance. Overall, we had a great experience and would return if staying in the area again
Fantastic Villa. Great Community Feel
by Kelly
5/5
Our stay was amazing, and we couldn’t fault the villa at all. When I first arrived, I accidentally triggered the pool door alarm, but I quickly figured out how to silence it with the help of the iPad provided. The villa itself was immaculate upon arrival—spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, down to the towels and bed linens. The games room was fantastic, and the appliances (dishwasher, oven, and washing machine) were incredibly user-friendly—even my teenagers had no trouble using them. The community surrounding the villa was lovely. It was a secure, welcoming complex with a great neighbourhood feel. We even had people greet us as they walked their dogs, and one day, we had to stop to let a tortoise cross the road! The villa was absolutely 5-star, and we’d definitely return. Honestly, we wish we could live there
