Great Stay!

by Branigan 2026-09-15

5/5

We had a great stay here. The house was perfect.

Excellent

by Ceri 2026-08-27

We had a fantastic 4 week stay at white rose villas, and they were always incredibly efficient communicators at all times! The villa itself is fantastic - very well equipped, clean, and very spacious. The cinema room is incredible, the kids loved it! The pool table and swimming pool were also amazing. We had one minor issue early on (wasn’t huge) and they dealt with it immediately! I wouldn’t hesitate to use White Rose Villas again. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic Stay!

by Maria 2026-07-29

Fantastic 9-night stay! The home is spacious, clean, pet-friendly, and located in a quiet neighborhood just 20-25 minutes from Disney. The hosts go above and beyond with their hospitality. We arrived to find a lovely welcome stash of chips, cookies, cereal, Keurig coffee pods, and even fresh orange juice and milk waiting for us in the fridge! Having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash fully stocked was also a huge convenience for a longer trip. The private pool was perfect. We will definitely be back! My kids loved the theater .

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, this is a great one! The movie room is absolutely amazing!! Lots of space and very comfortable!

by Heather 2026-06-20

Loved the home, quiet area, close to a lot of things. Very responsive.

Absolutely recommend this home!

by Zoë 2026-06-18

This home had amazing curb appeal from the moment we arrived, with such a stunning, well-kept garden that made it feel really special. Every detail had clearly been thought of, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. We loved the movie nights — it genuinely felt like having our own little cinema, and the popcorn maker was such a fun touch that now we want one at home! The hot tub was amazing, the pool had sun all day, and the outdoor area felt really private. The beds were super comfortable too, and the wooden games provided by the host were a lovely extra for the family. Cailin and Martha also gave excellent service throughout. We would absolutely recommend this home!

by Kerisma 2026-06-15

A lot of time and effort was put into this home. The movie room was such a nice touch, my family and I popped popcorn in the machine and watched a scary movie. The place is clean and beds are really comfortable. Having a pool table inside was the perfect touch as well.

This was the cleanest vacay home I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in many. I have high standards being in hospitality most of my life and I will say that I am impressed with the home being so clean. Great time, will return.

It was a great spot to relax.

by Anne 2026-03-16

Very responsive host and a comfortable, clean place to stay. We especially enjoyed the movie room and the lanai/outdoor area—it was a great spot to relax. The alarm on the door to the lanai/pool could use some additional posted instructions, but we got used to it quickly. Overall, it’s in a great location close to shopping and freeways, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

My Family's Favorite Place to Stay by Far

by ⁨J.R.⁩ 2026-02-26

This has been my family's favorite place to stay by far. It was spacious, had all the amenities, plenty to keep the kids entertained, and the pool certainly was the highlight.

Location was unbeatable

by Mark 2026-03-08

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at White Rose Villa's place in Davenport! The location was unbeatable—we were close enough to hit Disney World and Universal Studios in no time, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We loved being minutes from Posner Park for shopping and grab-and-go meals. After a long day at the parks, coming back to such a clean and comfortable home was a dream. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next Florida trip.

The House was Exactly as Described!

by Maureen 2026-01-26

The house was exactly as described! We loved the pool, movie room and the space was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. It was very clean, no clutter and had all the basics like laundry pods, dish soap and shampoo. Disney and other parks were easily accessible from I-4 and there was also a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We stayed in Jan when it was a bit cooler, so really recommend heating the pool! Would definitely stay here again.

by Paola 2026-01-18

Very happy with our stay. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. Highly recommended! We hope we can rent it out for our next vacations

by Marjorie 2026-01-14

What a beautiful house to have lived in for a few days with friends & family. The area was lovely and peaceful with very kind neighbours and enjoyable walks to do anytime of the day. Prior to check-in, our hosts were very communicative and answered all our questions promptly. They were very patient with us and, at the time of check-in, they ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and all the amenities were as described. As we did not have a car, it was super convenient to have a Publix within walking distance. We had a little issue with the pool not heating for the first two days and our host got this sorted out immediately to ensure we had the perfect stay. They also demonstrated such goodwill and integrity by refunding us the full amount for heating the pool throughout the week we were residing in their home. I highly recommend staying with them if you truly wish to have a relaxing holiday in Orlando.

Relaxing Getaway – Clean, Spacious & Perfectly Located

by Johvanny 2025-10-26

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The sunny pool deck was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Florida’s warm weather. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The location is fantastic — just a short drive to Disney, and close to Publix, Target, and Posner Park for shopping. There are also great nearby restaurants like Miller’s Ale House, Olive Garden, and Red Robin. We’d definitely stay again!

Great House

by Kyren 2025-10-24

GREAT HOUSE! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the overall layout made it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. One of the highlights was the movie room — super comfortable seating, a big screen, and amazing sound! It felt like having a private theater right at home. We had such a fun time watching movies there in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience

by Justus 2025-11-23

The home was an excellent experience. The pool, Hot tub and theater experience made the place quite memorable. White rose villas handled everything very well, extremely responsive and accommodating. Perfect Family Villa with Thoughtful Extras

by Monica 2025-09-29

This house was exactly what was needed for our vacation. The kids each had their own space and the second master suite was great for our guests. The kitchen cabinets have been recently updated and the new color really brightens up the whole area. I really appreciated the few little things that made the stay a little easier - laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra beach towels, and while it wasnt something we needed personally, the highchair, pack-n-play, and stroller that are on site is very thoughtful for those with littles. I will definitely be staying here again for our next Florida vacation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

by Julie 2025-09-08

We absolutely loved this home! It was such a treat to stay somewhere with a hot tub — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine! The movie room was out of this world and gave us such fun family nights in. The kids especially loved the beach-themed bedroom, which made their stay extra special. This home had everything we needed and more — we can’t wait to come back

Loved the Movie Room and Pool

by Cynthia 2025-09-16

My family and I had a great time. It had everything we needed and more! The movie room was such a special experience. We watched shows and movies as a family, and it felt like we were in the theaters. We were in the pool for the majority of the stay, which was clean, spacious, and a great area for eating, tanning, and lounging. The house had everything we needed and was clean. So close to restaurants and the Disney Parks. We really enjoyed our experience, and we would book again!

Absolutely Brilliant—A Dreamy, Themed Escape near Disney

by Gary 2025-08-29

We had the best stay! The villa was amazing – the movie room with twinkling star lights and popcorn maker was such a fun touch, and the kids loved the surf-themed bedroom. The pool and hot tub were perfect after busy days, and the beds were really comfortable. The main bedroom was massive and had the biggest bathroom we’ve ever seen – pure luxury! The location was spot on too – about 20 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal, with Publix and Walmart close by. Lots of great places to eat nearby as well, like Ovation Bistro & Bar and Sundays Grill. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday home – we’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful Villa

by Gurminder Johal, Canada 2014-09-17

A magnificent, spacious villa that fulfilled all our needs. A lovely place to come back to after the parks (which are a 30-40min drive away),however, we also set a couple of days where we just spent it at the villa to enjoy it fully. The furnishings and decor are lovely throughout and the games room was a real winner with the kids. Berry town centre, which has a Publix supermarket and various restaurants, is within a 10 min drive. This villa is a real credit to both its owners and the management, who have c

Beautiful unit well maintained

by Charlotte 2022-06-01

I wanted to start by saying this house is beyond what I expected. To the spaciousness of the living room to all the bedrooms. I love how they decorate the place and the location of the house is spectacular! My kids loved the games room and even said they want one at home. The adults loved the hot tub and pool. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was lovely to wake up refreshed, ready for the busy day ahead at Disney. We loved our stay and are already discussing dates to book for later in the year.

Super cozy and comfortable

Definitely coming back again!

by Luis 2021-02-12

We stayed for President’s day 2021 (long weekend) and we just loved the place. Our kids spent two days in the heated pool and didn’t want to go to the parks. The jacuzzi is also a great amenity for adults to just enjoy and relax. The open space area around the kitchen makes a perfect spot to talk, play games or just enjoy a movie with the family. The rooms and bathrooms are also great size... this is a perfect place for short or long periods of stay as it has a great location and makes you feel

Family Vacation

by Heidi 2025-08-05

Family vacation, 8 of us stayed at the home. Pool was great. GREAT location, easy to find. Walked the neighborhood, private and peaceful. I loved it. The place was very clean, we had some minor issues, the host responded promptly and went over and above to make sure all was good with us. Dropped off a nice stack of snacks, which was thoughtful. Bedrooms were comfortable and private. Loved the theatre, had mario kart parties. Kitchen essentials were just enough. Walmart not too far away, around 5 or 6 miles. Close to the main road. Thanks for such a great stay! Our flight got in early so they let us check in early, which was very appreciated.

5-Star Stay Near Disney

by Family 2025-07-08

We just returned from an amazing stay at this villa, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The location is fantastic—close enough to all the Disney parks for convenience, but in a quiet neighborhood that let us truly relax after busy days. The movie room was a standout feature. It felt like having our own private theater, complete with comfy seating and great sound. It was perfect for evening wind-down time, especially with kids. The private pool and hot tub were another highlight. The pool was sparkling clean, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after walking around the parks all day. There was plenty of outdoor space to lounge, and we loved spending time out there. Inside, the house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was more than enough room for our whole group to spread out. The location made park days easy, with all the Disney parks just a short drive away. Plus, there were grocery stores, restaurants, and shops close by, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Overall, this home made our vacation extra special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Universal Trip

by Joe And Stephanie 2023-01-27

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this home. The property was clean and the neighborhood was very nice. Universal was around a 25 min drive. We had a very nice trip and would definitely stay at this rental again. Thanks!

Family Joy: Parks, Hot Tub, Attentive Host - Recommend!

by Stephanie 2023-12-12

Our family of 7 really enjoyed staying at this airbnb. Close driving distance to freeway access to all the main parks. The hot tub was nice to use after a long days of walking in the park. Host was very tentative while we stayed. Would recommend this Airbnb to book.

Best ever

Probably the best air BnB we’ve ever stayed in. The cinema room is awesome, the pool was great, location was perfect!! We loved it and are already considering coming back as a larger group.

Anchors Away Review

by Robert 2025-01-31

Overall, our stay at the property was great. The description of the property was accurate and it met or exceeded our expectations. Customer service was very helpful tried their best to resolve all our issues. The temperatures during our stay were historically low, which created some issues that they had never encountered. The only suggestion that I would make is for all the TVs to have Roku devices installed and updated with the same applications and features. The Media room would benefit from installing a Roku Stream bar with a Stereo Soundbar.

Relaxing

by Gail 2025-03-16

My husband and I felt as we needed a little time away from work, our town and some medical issues we had gone through. Short notice for Lisa, only 2 weeks and what accommodations she made for this to happen for us! She went above and beyond.. the house is as described, lovely and relaxing home! The pool area is absolutely perfect! The theater room is fantastic as well! Pool table is great inside home. Great designing of this home! Had a few minor (T.V. ) problem however they were there to fix the problem. No worries there are plenty more TV's to watch!Hands down 5 stars! All was great, we'd book again!!! Thanks to Lisa and all staff thatfor us.
