We really enjoyed staying at this property. The condo was spacious and very clean and nicely decorated. it was a very comfortable place to stay. We really appreciated the convenience of having a golf cart that came with the unit. The beach access was only a mile away and although you had to wade through the lake water to get to the beach, we did not mind it. Kitchen was fully equipped.

Loved the location! Also the townhouse was decorated nicely and furnished well; also very clean & comfortable. In addition, it was well stocked. And super handy to have a golf cart included! Also it's nice to have convenient parking for our vehicle. Great townhome choice. Quick access to the beach and to the town square.

This home was one of the cleanest, well equipped homes we've ever stayed in on 30A. The neighborhood was very quiet. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage as well as coolers. Wish we had known this upfront. Location was perfect distance to beach, Seaside and Watercolor. Golf cart was a plus. Rental company was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about staying here! Great location, nice options for food and shopping. Close to Seaside without being in the crowds. My kids had a great time, with lots of options for 13, 17, 15 and 17 year old boys and girls.

Loved our stay here! House was cute, clean and cozy. The golf cart and beach supplies were a big hit! The location was perfect. Wish the pool was actually warm but other than that, an absolutely amazing experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at May's Way. The location is perfect with access to anything you want to do on 30A. The place was EXTREMELY clean - this place was cleaned very well and smelled great - it was stocked with enough essentials to get our vacation started, and beautifully decorated. The garage is stocked with all the chairs, unbrellas, bags, and beach toys for the whole family. Having a rental on 30a with a street legal golf cart is a must for us, and the golf cart was in great condition and clean. The bedrooms were again very clean and the bunkbeds were a hit with the kids! There is a church next door and it was nice to walk to Sunday morning service during our stay. We will definitely book again through Flamingo, and try to stay at May's Way again one day.

Our stay at May's Way on 30A through Pinkie Flamingo Vacation Rentals was nothing short of phenomenal! This condo far exceeded our expectations in every way, making it one of the best rentals we've experienced in over 20 years of vacation rentals. The spacious, impeccably designed layout and high-quality furnishings made the condo feel like a brand-new luxury home. From the top-notch mattresses ensuring restful sleep to the full-sized washer and dryer, every detail was thoughtfully considered for renters. The kitchen was a standout and equipped with high-quality utensils, appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker which was a perfect touch for us since we bring our own coffee pods. The owners also provided an impressive variety of beach toys, chairs, and multiple beach umbrella which saved us from the costly beach chair services. The included golf cart was a game-changer. It was well-maintained, and perfectly sized for six people. e loved the attention to detail, like the battery-powered leaf blower in the garage to keep the cart and floor sand-free, and the conveniently hung vacuum for quick cleanups. The air conditioning was exceptional, keeping the condo cool and humidity-free despite the Florida heat. The location is unbeatable just across 30A from the beach with easy golf cart access to public parking spots for unloading beach gear. This kept our personal car sand-free which was a first in our many beach rentals! Plus, the condo is within walking distance of a fantastic new commercial strip featuring Turbo Coffee, Canopy Road Cafe for delicious breakfast and lunch, and Local Cantina for outstanding Mexican food. Pinkie Flamingo undersold this gem! It's a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and thoughtful amenities. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend May's Way on 30A to anyone seeking a memorable beach vacation!

Flamingo Fans for life!

My teenage daughters and I are quite familiar with 30A and for this trip, we invited a friend and his daughter from Cape Cod to show them the 30A way. Pinkie's May's Way was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and with 3 actual bedrooms and the bunks, the adults each got their own bedroom. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and tools for us to cook with which we did a lot. The extra beach chairs can come in handy but the star of the show was the golf cart! Getting to the beach was easy and taking it to Seaside was a blast for the kids (I drove not them!). There was plenty of cart parking but not so much for cars. Parking my big truck would have been really difficult if not impossible. We had easy access to the pool when we needed a break from the ocean and we were located by plenty of food and coffee shops. Publix was only 10 minutes away by car. We were provided with several dishwasher tablets and there was a packet of laundry detergent which we used on towels (3 teenage girls blew through all the bath towels in about 30 minutes!). Thank you Pinkie for a great stay. Our friends loved 30A and definitely want to come back in the future. Of course when we do we'll be calling you. Easiest 5 Flamingo review I ever gave!
