New owners Jim Jennifer Fair want to make sure you get Your Fair Share so they have updated furnishings, flooring, paint and d cor and want to share this beautiful getaway with you! Classy coastal, this condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs master has a 4-poster King bed and its own private balcony. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is ideal for kids, teens or singles with a brand new twin over full bunk set. Elegant new leather sofas in the living room provide comfortable seating and one folds out into a Queen sleeper.

Shabby chic dining table seats 8 in vintage coastal style and extra counter dining with 2 bar stools is always appreciated. The color palette is cool and beachy with warm beiges and sea glass aquas.

The Destin Seafarer offers free WIFI, covered parking, elevator, luggage carts, outdoor grill, beachfront heated pool and hot tub and 280 of of the most beautiful beach in the world. Beach service is available but not included.

We have always loved Seafarer and it had been 8 years since we had stayed there due to adding in-laws and grandbabies. We also own short term rental properties and I'm not sure how often owners visit the condo but we did notice a few things that we would want our renters to make us aware. No more than 1/2 roll of "start-up" tissue was in baths and same with paper towel in kitchen upon our arrival. There was no hand soap in bathrooms. None of the electrical outlets in upstairs bath worked. Trundle bed in downstairs bedroom was not usable. Floors were filthy with sand....seriously, my son swept and swept first night we were there.....underneath furniture, etc. was bad! Downstairs bathtub held water when showering. We plunged it each day but never resolved the issue. There were no glass bowls with lids (i.e.to make Rotel dip) and no containers to refrigerate leftovers short term. We did appreciate that A/C was on when we got there, frig was cool, ice maker was on, and previous renters had left two bags of ice. And chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. were available. I did read somewhere that if we book directly with you in the future that we will receive a lower price. Will you explain further? Thanks, Cindy

GORGEOUS VIEW!! Already planning to go back! This was such a beautiful trip. It happened to be our daughter's first trip to Florida and it was just perfect. The condo is absolutely stunning. Clean, spacious and decorated so nicely. Sunrise mornings on the balcony with coffee, and the sounds of waves crashing can't be beat. We had the pleasure of witnessing 2 proposals, a quick thunderstorm over the water and even dolphins jumping in the distance. This was our first trip to Destin and I have this listing bookmarked for a near future trip because it is just that good. The listing photos don't do this place justice. It's a need to see in person kind of place. Excellent experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Looks exactly like the photos, the view from the master bedroom and living room in the morning is just awesome. Literally steps from the beach, we did have a little issue with the access code for the beach, but we got a correct code within minutes of texting the host.

We absolutely loved our Florida trip and staying in Seafarer #212 It was clean and wonderfully decorated with mermaids and ocean theme. So peaceful and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the double decks and the lovely deck furniture on the upstairs bedroom deck, so nice to sit out there and watch the sunset each night. The upstairs bathroom was very elgant with the nice big bathtub. Needed a few things when we got there and Pinkie took care of it ASAP. Will definately stay again. Only improvement would be directions on the upstairs tv could get picture but not sound and could not figure out how to get it to work. Other than that simply wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Destin Seafarer! The unit has been beautifully updated and included every amenity needed to enjoy a long weekend with our family. Plenty of sheets, towels, and linens are included, and the kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook just like you're at home! The views and access to the pool and beach are great, and we loved the convenience to Destin. We will definitely be guests again!

Everything was amazing! The condo was beautiful and clean, the view was incredible! Great location for walking to close restaurants and activities! The private beach was amazing. This was our first time to the beach and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The host was incredible and even let us book an additional night! Highly recommended and will return!
