Absolutely no packages will be excepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/Fedex/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.

The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.

A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
We recommend renting a fleet car, but Uber Lyft may be accessible in our area.
We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we ve set to remain good neighbors
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit rental agreement.
Transaction and damage waiver fees are non-refundable
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour s noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
